Macho Madness DVD

Maybe its just me, but is anyone else looking forward to seeing the WWE produced Macho Man Randy Savage DVD entitled Macho Madness?

I'll admit, the Macho Man in the WWE is JUST before my time. I do remember him, but I never followed him.

I have never seen his matches against Steamboat or Flair for example. Why is part of the reason why I am eagerly awaiting the release for this DVD.

Once I saw the trailer (http://www.machomadness.com/) I could not wait any more!

I'm really looking foward to the Macho Man DVD, and I'm gonna get it the week it comes out.

I was a huge Macho Madness fan back in the day. He was always one of my favorite personalities in Wrestling History.

Obviously, I'm disappointed that the DVD won't include a documentary with Randy telling his story.

Whatever problem Vince had with Randy. I'm not going into any rumors. I'm glad he was able to look past it and realize that a Macho Man Randy Savage DVD is gonna be a huge seller.

I hope this opens the door for Randy to be included in future Video Games, appearances on WWE TV, and of course his much deserved Hall of Fame Induction.

I'm extremely excited about this, and it's gonna be awesome!!!

I haven't seen the trailer yet but I'm hoping this is done in good taste unlike the Warrior DVD. This may be the olive branch that brings Randy back into the fold. He was already included in the LOW game (his gear at least), so maybe in a future SD! game...?

Him and Steamboat were the reason I watched wrestling, and I'm glad that there will be a collection of his tenure in the WWF/E. Yes I wish for commentary, but I'll take this.

I want promos....just buttloads of promos from the Madness.
A tribute/commentary on Miss Elizabeth. Her impact as a valet, how her involvement helped move storylines. (G.Steele, Hogan, her return, wedding, J.Roberts, Flair)
His WCW title run. NWO involvement.

I can't wait!

i am so so so so so excited!!!!! macho man is my all time favorite!

history beckons the macho man!!

to me it did not get any better then Warrior and Savage and Savage and Steamboat. he had many great feuds with others as well like Hogan, Flair, and many more. it sucks Randy won't be doing it himself. at least Vince finally gave the man what he deserves. this may lead to his induction next year. this will be there best sale in a couple years.

I just hope it's not a burial like the Warrior DVD. But, if McMahon and Savage doesn't get along like we all pretty much know they don't, then it may just be a burial.

McMahon already pissed me off by not including him on the Legends of Wrestlemania game. (BTW, that game sucks. I played it) But, how can you have a Legends of Wrestlemania game or anythingelse without Savage, or Warrior, for that matter.

Regardless, I will own that DVD the first day it comes out!!!

The one thing I noticed when I looked at the match on the DVD; alot of the matches are losses which I didn't appreicate I know he loss matches but it seemed they highlighted alot of them in the DVD Macho Man wasn't a jobber so I kinda didn't see the point but maybe I'm looking at it wrong.

Bret Hart had a lot of losses on his DVD, too. I wouldn't read too much into it. To me, some of Randy's best performances were in matches he lost.

vs Ricky Steamboat at Wrestlemania 3
vs Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 5
vs Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 7

Those were great matches, regardless if Randy lost or not.

for the guy wont touch on the "rumors" that randy savage penetrated stephanie mcmahon as a teenager...this will be a burial dvd, they will make it seem like he wasn't the legend he really. on the plus side, his great matches in dvd quality finally.

I don't think this is gonna be a burial DVD. It won't even have a documentary to go along with it. So, how can this be a burial without a documentary?

It's gonna be Matt Striker, who's a well-known Randy Savage mark. Along with Maria introducing matches and setting up the storylines going into those matches.

It's not called "The Self-Destruction of Macho Man Randy Savage". It's called Macho Madness.

I think people who have their reservations about this DVD because of a possible burial do have legitimate points. But I don't think people really have anything to worry about.

I think this is gonna be a Great DVD.

Macho Madness was released on DVD yesterday. I picked it up today and so far was able to watch all of disc one. Its one of my favorite superstar specific collections so far.

I've even was able to get my girlfriend to watch most of disc 1 with me.

...Although she is getting REALLY annoyed with my Macho Mannerisms.

The bottom line: Is this 3-Disc set worth $40?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH YEEEEAAAAHHHH!!

I cannot wait to see the DVD. Since I started watvching in the 2000's, I've only seen a few clips and matches of Savage but from what I've seen he is truly great and he was one of the best on the mic. I hope it's not a burial like The Warrior DVD, and I've been waiting for this DVD for a long time. i cannot wait to see the high quality matches and promos from one of the greats of the business. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!
