We allowed it because we didn't see the need at the time to stir the pot. But Sly and I booted his ass out, and the mod staff has worked so much better since then. Especially since we gave D-Man and NorCal Sid's old job...

The fact is, and Sly and i as admins have discussed it, I've been so busy outside of WZ (because unlike you, I actually HAD a life off of the internet) that I have withdrawn a bit. I let Sly know that and asked him what steps we could take. Sly was more than understanding. I know damn well Sly is the better admin right now - I'm perfectly cool with that. I had a run for about 3-4 months after Jake and before Shocky where I ran the forums as the only admin. And we did just fine. This was also before you arrived.

Furthermore, I sure as hell don't need to answer to someone like you, or try to justify the amount of time I put into my volunteer job as admin of a wrestling site that you clearly have always taken FAR too seriously.

Sly, has been a better Admin then you since as long as I know, because you never did much to contribute at all. You were unmotivated, disorganized ... and Hell, you admitted that you never responded back to people who even IM'ed you over concerns, so you were also unprofessional.

You had very poor priorities, and you had poor execution of the job. But at least everyone gets along, right? Of course, that is the most important thing, because everyone has to get along at every place of work, right, or Heaven Forbid the place won't function.

Who the Fuck cares if people don't get along? As long as everyone does their Fucking job, which is more than I can say for several people on Staff, then that is the most important thing. If they don't do their job, there are other more motivated people to assume the positions out there, that actually want to do a good job for you.

But since you really didn't care yourself, that was why people who deserve it aren't given a shot. You would rather run the place like a High School Playground with a team of "cool jocks" on the staff.

So I can appreciate you can admit that you don't do a damn thing around here anymore. At least you are honest with everyone on here, and obviously is nothing that I haven't known for some time now. I'm just glad we can get that all out in the open, since you chose to be Unprofessional in the Bar Room and discuss forum matters, against your own website policy ... that you obviously don't give a shit about.

Sly issued me two points. He suggested if I couldn't improve my attitude towards the Staff that I should consider stepping down. At that point, I asked you if you still felt the same way and you told me that you think I could actually have been the best Moderator the staff ever had if I would just "get along" with everyone.

Being that I sensed things weren't going to change, I opted to resign immediately and leave the site.

So come on Chris. At least you can tell the truth. Well, you are also a chronic liar, so that is no surprise why you can't.

As far as the Bar, no you said I posted in the Bar that I was stepping down, and I committed to Sly that I WOULD NOT post in the Bar Room because I was not looking for the drama that every other staff member creates when they leave. And I think that shit is ridiculous. So I simply left quietly.

Honestly, in my 3 and something years on the staff, nobody worked harder than IC at forging a relationship between the forums and the homepage, and obviously nobody was as successful.

TBH Sid, you suffered from "A.J. Syndrome", you thought you were working harder than everybody else, and you probably were, but it was stuff you didn't need to do. Essays in the infraction messages and what not, or changing EVERY thread title.
