I don't understand what the big deal here was. We now know that Sid was somewhat of a cunt, couldn't get along with others, and took things too seriously. Isn't that the exact same thing we knew when he was modded?

I think this was a last chance for everyone to get everything out before his ass got kicked out forever and (hopefully) ended it.

Trolling in the TNA section got me voted the section's best poster of 2006. Not hard when the likes of Booker T. Mark and Zero were considered top authorities on the company.

We established that. Industry was confusing him for a different Slyfox who was a troll.

Though I swear to god I did meet a trollish Slyfox on a different board. Though he was clearly a ******. So in spite of the similar name, I doubt it was the same one as we got. I guess that the name cant be that uncommon of an e-name. Especially since foxes are often depicted as being cunning.

It was actually I that brought the mighty Fox of Sly to the forums. We were sitting in my library at home, discussing the theory of relativity and the ins and out of the universe. Sly hesitated for a moment before stating that he was finding all of this knowledge-hunting tedious and I posed the challenge that he should join this forum and become an Admin in less than 5 years, as we sat delicately enjoying the croissants that my butler had dropped off a few hours earlier. He gingerly accepted and to disguise this, I joined two years after him. It was quite ingenious and I now owe him a spot of tea over a game of polo.

I wonder where The Game Rage is tonight? As I recall it, there were several spirited debates between Lord Sidious and The Game Rage a few months ago, and as I recall it, the almighty Sid was outdone by TGR on several occasions. Which with all due respect was not a real common occurrence as Sid was more than capable of holding his own, even if I almost always disagreed with everything he ever said.

It'd be interesting to get a perspective from a fellow "Shareholder" on this unfortunate turn of events.

When this took place I was watching the Mosley-Mayweather fight(which WAS awesome BTW). I really wish I had been here for this, I would have jumped right in there. I don't know where I would have ended up afterwards but looks like I am here anyways.

I did not know Sidious was gay, that one caught me off guard. I certainly never would have guessed as much.

We had a few good battles, all of which I did come out of on top. I'm pretty sure that's what got me noticed here was sweeping the legs out from underneath him, but damn was that guy ferocious. I thought a million times "This is it, I'm about to get owned" I guess I expected it since he was such a highly ranked member here especially in comparison to me then and even now.

I certainly didn't always agree with him, but after having the battles with him I did and the conflicts after them that we did I had to have respect for him, which I always did but more so after taking what I had to dish out and showing me some respect in return. You just don't have feuds like he and I did and not come out respecting the other guy. Speaking fairly, no matter his flaws, Sidious was very very good when he CHOSE to be.

Him as a mod? I can't speak on, I've never been one here so I don't know what all it requires making me ill-equipped to judge that. I can only say that he did once wrongfully infract me for flaming when I wasn't speaking about anyone directly, just a type of person that I found annoying(People who blame everything on race issues). To the Mods and Admins credit it was overturned, and while I took my discrepancy straight to him personally instead of going to the people above him, I was told to still respect his position which I did. I had demanded my infraction be overturned and I guess the higher ups didn't like that, but still saw that it was a bogus infraction.


On a personal level he and I had one rocky relationship. We went back and forth from hating each other to backing each other up on the forums I don't know how many times. I definitely know where some of the complaints about him come from as he wasn't the nicest guy, but once you gained his respect he was at least fair for the most part. I did not know he had the problems he does, and after finding that all out I understand him more. I feel really bad for him, being in his situation is never fun. If I had known while he and I were on speaking terms outside of him calling me a "Shareholder" or trying to infract me, I would have offered him some help with his problems, at least someone to talk to them about and offer some advice and some help as I've dealt with many people with similar problems and been able to help them. I'm not Tony Robins or anything but I've been known to be the person people went to for help in many areas and if I could have helped him, I would have done my best to do so.

It's a shame to see him go like this, but I guess every dog has their day, just look at Old Yeller. Every now and then I guess you've gotta take that dog out, tie them to a tree, and put them out of their misery. Looks like his time finally came. I will miss you sir, good luck in you future endeavors as a true shareholder would say.

I realize this most certainly is not a college English class but that doesn't mean I should write like it's an elementary school English class like some of the rest. I realize the average reading comprehension level is about 8th grade so if this is too much for you or others I apologize. I understand it can be a lot to take in but that is part of the whole idea. I have a lot to say when I have something to say. I like to give people something to read, generally that makes people think which I like to do even more.
