If North Korea start a war, they might stay away from the general European area, and just take out America. But if America fights back, europeans would surely follow and therefore screw themselves over.

Russia might be leading towards Korea's side, they said they did not want to see Pyongyang further isolated, which is pretty much what america had in mind.
But if North Korea is on their own, they probably won't last long against USA, Europe and whatever Asian countries are gonna be in too.

I'd say the safest place on earth right now would be New Zeland. Kinda out of the way, and have Australia as a shield.
