Turning Lawler heel won't change a thing if he still can't be himself. The problem is that he is being told what to say because anybody would get stale if they could not be themselves, you're not "you" if you are someone else speaking through you. I guarantee that if he wasn't fed lines and could just talk freely, then he would be entertaining whether he's a face or a heel.... What it comes down to in the end is how much of what he says is actually him and how much of it he was told to say. If the overwhelming majority of it is something he is told to say, then shouldn't we all be ranting about THAT instead of whether he is heel or not?
