Lariat makes the Main Page... sort of

I'm being genuine about this.. shouldn't I've been cited as 'a fan under the name @mrpowerhoward'? Or been contacted about using the tweet? Then again, he wrote a generic piece that only states it was a 'recent comment on twitter'...

Also, I'm not mad at all about it. Kinda flattered actually.

This is the state of reporting isn't it now?

Watch the tweets.

And how long ago was your tweet to Hogan btw?

I see, well someone writing on the main page ADMITTED he is half-assing it (others haven't). Go take their jobs and do a good job Lar.

For the record, I never said I was half-assing my job. I said I was bored with wrestling, and haven't been watching it. What I actually asked was, how bad is it that I can STILL DO MY JOB without having to watch the product? You can't bitch and moan about the so-called "state of reporting" if you're not going to bother being thorough yourself.

Also, if wrestling sites sourced every fan that asked a famous person a question, we'd be an even bigger joke than using Twitter in half our content has already made us. No offense, Lariat.

Whoever said you're doing a good job? We had a thread dedicated to your last 'meaningful' article and how it basically proved nothing but your own ignorance.

Jesus fucking Christ! I write for a lifestyle magazine where I live and even though I get handed articles that don't interest me, I still go out and get my research done.

The reason you are poor in you penmanship and offer nothing, NOTHING that comes close to interesting, begs us to ask why it is so. And then you yourself offer the answer when you confess how disenchanted you are with the product.

See it as a press conference, does the paper say 'Dave of the Sun asked the question about....' not hey don't. The focus is the answer not who asked it.

None taken. I think it was actually a good job of working that into some sort of story. And it's easy to be burned out on the current state of wrestling.
