Kurt Angle Says He Wants To Face Daniel Bryan In His Final Match

Currently sidelined TNA talent Kurt Angle took to his official website to talk about his dream matches and wrestlers he wished he could have competed against. During the post, Angle said that he'd like Daniel Bryan to be his final match.

"Epic matches in the future? The first that comes to mind is Daniel Bryan. He is Shawn Michaels reborn. I would love to retire against a wrestler I believe has won over the hearts of millions of fans. How did he win their hearts? He's that good. Give me 30 minutes with Daniel Bryan and I will give you the match of the century.""

I would believe this would be an awesome match!

He also notes that he'd have loved to face Ric Flair in the 1980's and 1990's Bret Hart:

If I could time travel- To start, there are wrestlers that I wrestled that may have been beyond their prime at the time. If I could go back to the 80's to wrestle Ric Flair, I would. The Nature Boy is, was, and always will be the best heel of all time. He knew wrestling better than anyone and my respect for him goes way beyond any other wrestler I've known. Ric was the man. Then, there is the match that never happened with the technical monster, Bret Hart. We were so close to bring able to lock horns but unfortunately he was injured and was never able to come back to the ring at 100 percent. I believe that these matches would have been my best! There are so many from the past that I like to think about, but since I can't make it happen, I'm going to move on to the wrestlers I "did" wrestle that I was fortunate enough to.

Bret Hart vs Kurt Angle would have been excellently executed.

This is my issue with TNA. I am a huge Angle fan and TNA supporter, but TNA should not allow Angle to constantly talk about the WWE. Seriously, he was champion and talked about WWE. Shit is frustrating. It is great he wants to face DBry for a retirement match in the WWE. It is not great he talks about it while under contract with TNA.

If I was TNA, I would tell Kurt to not talk about WWE. Hell, I am at the point with this nonsense that TNA should release Angle. It is that tiring to always hear this so called news.

I'd love to see Kurt Angle vs. Daniel Bryan. It would be one of the best matches ever. It probably won't happen since Angle must sign with WWE and Bryan must get healthy. Though Bryan did say he got cleared by one doctor.
