Kofi's role at mania?

He's the victim of the "Dark Match" this year... sure he'll get something added last minute, but it'll not be on the PPV. It's happened to Flair in the past too... They won't stop him getting his pay off...

I can see he and Drew getting it on before the show...

I think its possible that the pre-show dark match battle royal will be a Last Chance Battle Royal with the winner getting a final spot in MITB. And your winner (hopefully) is Mr. Kingston.

for the record, similar instances have occured at previous Mania's...

WM15D'lo Brown and Test won a battle royal for a tag title shot later that night against Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett.

WM24Kane won a battle royal for an ECW title shot later that night against Chavo Guerrero.

isn't this final RAW before 'Mania supposed to be a 'supershow' taping, meaning both SD! and RAW Superstars will be on hand?

They could just have Miz come out, cut a promo and talk shit (which he's so good at) to Pete Rose (guest host), insulting him or something.. causing Rose to announce that Miz will be putting his US Title on the line in a match tonight against a 'mystery opponent', who would be Kofi..

Kofi beats him to win the US Title, thus getting it off the Miz (he still has his tag titles, after all).. and then Vince could come out, and get his revenge for Kofi helping Cena last week by having him defend his newly won belt against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania on Sunday..

I doubt McMahon would have McIntyre put his IC Title on the line, although it would be kind of cool to see a 'title vs title' match, with the winner getting both belts.. or merging the two, since there are two many titles, IMHO.

with only one raw and smackdown left before WM they should just put kofi in the MITB and keep McIntyre in it as well. kofi winning the us title would be a step back for him, although he has not done much recently. i would have much rather seen kofi v orton continue to mania and have a rhodes v dibiase match to end legacy.

so kofi should be the 10th person in MITB and drew should stay in that match insead of just putting a random match b/w the two. no one would give a shit about this match. wwe really fucked up with kofi. they gave him a major push with his feud with orton and now nothing. i dont get it. i hope the same thing that happend to mvp doesnt happen to kofi.

I like the idea of Kofi beating Miz at the final Raw. It honestly bugs me that neither the IC or the US are on the line at Mania. Vince and his crew will be dropping the ball bigtime on this. I hope that Kofi does beat Miz (if they meet) and on Smackdown on the Friday Big Zeke calls him out to a match at Mania... Hey I can dream can't I... You can't leave Kofi off the card and IMO with the push that they are trying to give Zeke you really can't leave him off either

Don't know if that would work, giving Kofi the shot at Mania only for Zeke to come out and squash him as that would be the likely outcome

I think Zeke's push will kick in after Mania with a slot somewhere in the next PPV
