Kingdom Come VI - Fun Facts​

WZCW World Heavyweight Title Match

• This is a big challenge for the defending champion as he, and all of his incarnations, host a 0-3 record at the big event.
• That being said, Beard’s resume at Kingdom Come is not that much more impressive. His record sits at 0-1.
• This will be the first time that the Kingdom Come main-event will host all superstars that were not on the previous year’s Kingdom Come card.
• All of that being said, the odds would dictate a slight advantage for the challenger. Out of five Kingdom Come events, the champion has retained only 2 out of 5 times. It’s a small margin in favor of the challenger, but that is all that is needed to tip the scale.

World Title #1 Cont. Match
Ty Burna vs. Mikey Stormrage

• In the three events he has participated in (two of which he has main-evented), Ty Burna holds a record of 1-2 in his matches at the big event.
• Mikey Stormrage combats this record with an even .500 at 1-1.
• Both men have won gold at Kingdom Come in the past. Ty Burna with the World Title at Kingdom Come III and Mikey Stormrage with Tag Titles at Kingdom Come IV.
• This will be the third straight year that Kingdom Come has hosted a World Title #1 Cont. Match. Past victors include Showtime and Barbosa. Both men went on to win their respective title shots.
• Every match Ty Burna has had at Kingdom Come has either been for the World Title or a shot for the World Title (KFAD or #1 Cont.).

EurAsian Title Match [Super Ladder Match Melee]
M vs. Daddy Mack vs. ElegAnt vs. Theron Daggershield vs. Kagura Ohzora

• This will be the first Kingdom Come for each entrant in the Super Ladder Match Melee.
• This will also be the first time that the EurAsian Title has ever been contested for in a Ladder Match at Kingdom Come. In fact, minus a TLC match at Kingdom Come IV, this will be the first-ever pure Ladder Match at Kingdom Come.
• Speaking of firsts, neither of the entrants have ever won gold. The match will be a guaranteed gold christening for someone.
• This match will add on to the already 50% stat of crowning a new EurAsian Champion at the big event.

Elite X Title Match [7th Defense]
Constantine © vs. El Califa Dragon

• Constantine is 1-2 at the big event, but he is no stranger to mounted pressure for his matches at Kingdom Come. He has competed in a KFAD match (which he won) and a Three Stages of Hell Match.
• This will be El Califa’s first Kingdom Come match.
• Constantine winning this match will have his character come full circle after losing the Elite X Title belt last year in a triple threat.
• Statistics would prove in favor of Constantine as the defending champion has retained 3 out of 5 times at past Kingdom Come events.

Tag Team Title Match
Cerberus © vs. Hard Metal Penetration (Alhazred & S.H.I.T.)

• This is the defending team’s first Kingdom Come match.
• This will be the second time that Alhazred has competed for the tag titles at Kingdom Come.
• He has competed with two separate teams (first was Forgotten Powers and now Hard Metal Penetration). He is the first to do this at the big event.
• However, this is not the first time that Alhazred and S.H.I.T. have teamed together at Kingdom Come. In fact, in a rather interesting fashion, Alhazred teamed up with his current partner and past partner (James King) at Kingdom Come IV to help secure an Apostles of Chaos victory against Team WZCW.
• Combined, Hard Metal Penetration sport a 4-1 record at the big event. Success has not been foreign to them at the big stage. In fact, they are both riding a 2-0 streak (with S.H.I.T. currently undefeated at Kingdom Come).
• The first four big events had a triple threat match for the Tag Team Titles, but this year continues last year’s trend of a traditional 2v2 match.
• The defending tag team champions have retained 3 out of 5 times at the big event in past years.

Grudge Match
Steven Holmes vs. Chris K.O.

• Despite fighting for tag titles, marquee feuds, and main-eventing last year as the world champion; Steven Holmes is 0-3 at the big event.
• Flip the script with his opponent as Chris K.O. is undefeated at Kingdom Come with a record of 2-0.
• The only other time these two have fought was at Apocalypse two years ago, and Steven Holmes was declared the victor.

Grudge Match
Eve Taylor vs. Aubrey Sloan

• This will be the first Kingdom Come match for both participants.
• They are both girls.
• 

Other Facts

• This is the first Kingdom Come since the event’s inception that will not host a Mayhem Title Match.
• Ben Folds, Eternal Dragon, Girls Aloud, and Mariah Carry are some notable names that have sung a patriotic song to kick off the Kingdom Come event in past years.
• Creed, Metallica, and Imagine Dragons are three notable artists that have provided a theme for Kingdom Come in past years.
• Although last year was the first time that the King for a Day match was not featured at Kingdom Come, this will be the first year that the Kingdom Come card does not have an Elimination Chamber match. Last year had a modified version of one for the incredible TSA vs. Strikeforce War Games Match.
• This year's card ties Kingdom Come I for the smallest amount of matches on the card. That number is 7.
• Having competed in the first four Kingdom Come events, going into the Hall of Fame at the fifth, and now announcing at the sixth, Everest is the only WZCW superstar to be involved in every Kingdom Come in some fashion.
