I chanced upon an article about various Kindles needing an immediate software upgrade. I didn't get an email from Amazon so don't know if that's the same story with everyone else but they seem to be a bit shit at customer service so allow me to spread the word for the shit-houses.

I recently had to contact Amazon about something I bought, they're supposed to have a UK call centre, the guy I spoke to was Foreign, I was literally like, what the actual fuck?!
