Kids are ridiculous

CCS

Getting Noticed By Management
I was reading a some Kid's christmas wish list's in my local news paper. They had to be the most ridiculous things i've read in my entire life. One kid wanted a Xbox 360 , PS3 , Nintendo Wii , ipod , laptop computer , and a 4-wheeler. A EIGHT YEAR OLD SAID THAT. When i was 8 all i wanted for christmas was a fucking spiderman toy. Almost every wish list in that paper reeked of spoiled brat. There was only a few kids that i felt sorry for. 1 kid just wanted some toys and his Mother to get a job. The other kids should be ashamed of themselves.

like the girl at work is really upset because she only spent £400 on her boyfriend

I spent less than $100 on people for Christmas altogether. I went to the black friday sale and got everybody a nice gift without having to spend alot of money. My Uncle's the exact oppisite of me. He spends ridiculous amounts of money on people. I wish that the people that spend large amounts of money would learn that there's less fortunate people that they could spend a little bit of money on and they'd be over joyed.

Who cares as long as the gift is received well? My gifts all have thought put into them and vary in price.

My parents almost got mad at my sister and I when we didn't know what we wanted. When that happens it's a good thing.

Those bastard 8 year old needs to realize that. One kid wanting basicly the entire Walmart electronics department and another just wanting his Mom to get a job makes me sick. I wish that kid who wanted the ipod ,laptop , 3 game systems could live in the other kids shoes for a while. that would show him how lucky he is.

You can't hold it against them. Most kids want everything they see. They have a narrower concept of money and what is feasible than you. They aren't bastards. They're kids.

He's 8. He wants shit. You probably did when you were 8. Great for the kid who is mature and unselfish about it, but the other kid who just wants a lot of things is an average 8 year old. Kid sees advertisement, kid wants product. I doubt the kid realistically believes he's getting all of that, and would be perfectly happy with any one of the items.

It calls to mind a certain little song, though.

We are living in a material world...

and that's always been the case. a Peanuts cartoon from the 50s sums it up where Lucy is re3ading her christmas list and it has everything on it.

It's not about money....its about sending a message....of Christmas cheer. True story.

It's kids who won't be getting anything for Christmas that you should worry about; not kids who will be waking up on the 25th with this big ass smile on their face because their parents actually have the money to get them what they wanted.

The more spoiled little brats, the better... especially today. There's nothing worse then innocent kids having terrible childhoods.

You got an N64 when you were 4? What the fuck games do four year olds play?

I got a Nintendo when I was six. Way more appropriate.
