Kelly Kelly.. Next Diva's Champion?

NO NO NO FOR THE LOVE OF WRESTLING NO! The only reason people want her to win the title is she is hot. It's mentioned almost in every post, she has been in the WWE about 5yrs now and is still botching the same moves. She is the tiniest diva out there and weighs about 100lbs soaking wet, she has no personality( dumb blond syndrome ) what about her screams WWE divas champion? Oh yeah I forgot she's hot, I guess that's all the major qulification need.

If Eve twice, Maryse twice Brie, Alicia, and Layla could win the title then why not Kelly? Kelly is the ONLY over diva, the ONLY diva used for marketing, and is improving in the ring.

Did Kelly pin Brie or Nikki? If it was Brie then she is most likely #1 contender. I predict Kharma helps Kelly win by preventing the Bella's doing "twin magic" allowing Kelly to hit the K2 for the win, then Kelly falls for Kharma pretending to be her friend then gets attacked by her leading to Kharma defeating her for the title.

Kelly is the ONLY over diva, the ONLY diva used for marketing, and is improving in the ring.

She is improving in the ring, and it's a good thing because without that, she would probably be out of a job. Because of her looks, I think the company wanted her to do more acting and less wrestling, but as several folks have already pointed out, she's not a very good actress.

It's ironic; I've been disappointed that her program with Drew McIntyre was mysteriously cancelled, and presumed it was done because the company didn't think Drew was effective enough in the role. But, after reading so many posts criticizing her bland personality, Creative might have abandoned the program because of Kelly, not Drew. Despite her beauty, it could be the company just couldn't see her playing Fay Wray to Drew's King Kong.

As far as Kelly being champion, though? Sure, she'll win it somewhere along the line, if for no other reason than that the divas seem to take turns winning it and Kelly hasn't had hers yet. Who knows, she may be the girl who eventually defeats Kharma after the big woman has her title run popping the heads off the other divas. If Creative can find a way to make it look believable, I'd love to see Kelly turn the trick.

We got 2 weeks before over the limit, i could see Kelly Kelly win the title next week on raw and then going on to face Kharma at the PPV. All sign points to Kelly Kelly being the first opponent for Kharma when she finally does her official in-ring debut so why not have this match at Over The limit and it being for the Diva's championship.

Personally i would rather see Kharma destroy both Bella's and win the championship from them but i will take Kharma beatin Kelly for the title. The point is that Kharma will be the focal point of the diva's division and at some point she will need the title to go into a ''who can beat this woman for the title?'' mode.

Yes, Kelly Should win the title but only as a transitional champion so they can give the belt to Kharma.

I read somewhere that Vince was high on Kelly in the role with Drew so maybe Drew was the reason it got scrapped. Kelly is also Vince's favorite diva so I think the move to Raw means she will win the belt sooner rather then later because the Smackdown divas are never involved in the title picture anymore so he wanted her off Smackdown to win the title. But I do disagree that if she wasn't improving she would be out of a job, because she was marketable because of her looks so they would keep her for that, also when she was at her worse she was still better then some of the girls who previously won the title.

I see Kelly winning at OTL then dropping it to Kharma at Capitol Punishment. I think Kharma will prevent the Bella's pulling of twin magic allowing for Kelly to win. Then in the weeks up to the next ppv Kharma protects Kelly and attacks the other divas only to eventually turn her back on her and win the title. After Kharma wins the title she continues dominating divas until Beth finally becomes the one to stand up to her and they have the epic showdown everyone wants at SummerSlam. That's how I see this playing out.

If the Bella Twins who by all accounts can't wrestle if their lives depended on it have the Diva's title why can't Kelly Kelly? True very true, but tell that to Vince not me. Wrestling ability should count, but for divas it doesn't matter they are only eye candy nothing more nothing less.

Are you saying Eve, Brie, Maryse, and Alicia who all held the title improved themselves in the ring and Kelly isn't? Kelly is the most improved diva, she rarely botches anymore like she used to. I do agree that she needs to hit the ropes better but that is easy to learn, I'm sure after the match last week someone told her to do better with that and guarantee next time she wrestles she will do better. I atleast see that she tries and wants to improve, I don't see that from some of the others, the others just look at it as getting a paycheck.

I think it's now a given that Kelly will win the Diva's title either at OTL or next week on Raw. She pinned Brie which makes her #1 contender. Did you notice the way Kharma flicked her forehead? She flicked the same way she did the Barbie Doll in her coming to WWE promo's. I think the doll symbolizes Kelly and Kharma will help her win the title pretending to be her friend until she finally attacks her to setup a eventual match where Kharma will win the title. Then it'll be Beth Phoenix to stand up to Kharma and they'll have a feud over the summer.

And she is rapidly improving week after week. They hardly ever advertise a divas match at a ppv so maybe later in the week on WWE.com they will. You always see last minute matches thrown in so it wouldn't surprise me if they did make the match for OTL. The main reason why I think it'll be on ppv is to get Kharma involved in the ppv, no divas match=no Kharma.

True, very true. If the match isn't announced by say thursday, well i guess she will have a title match on Raw. As you said Kelly Kelly is really improving, at least she is willing to try to become better. What was up with Kharma's flicking her tumb at Kelly's head?

The head flick looked very similar to the way she flicked the dolls head in the promo's. Kelly has a real life barbie doll image so it seems to me that'll be Kharma's first real feud for now. To me it makes Kelly winning the belt obvious because they'll never have a diva feud that doesn't involve a title.

Yes Kelly Should win the Diva's title, she has really improved her in-ring work... She's better than half of the girls they have given the title too, Brie, Alica Fox, Eve.... Seriously???? Can't stand most of the Diva's, it's time for Vince to suck up the grudges, and his barbie ideas, and it's time for Beth, Melina(though she has a bigmouth) and GAIL KIM... to be given the top feud's and spots in the diva's title world... and Natalya, Layla, and Maryse are welcome in there as well

If she bombs, give it to one of the other divas I mentioned. Lots of potential in the divas division but the writers are too dumb to do anything with it.

I agree, plus WWE isn't a wrestling company anymore. They push people and give people titles based on being over and marketable so for those two reasons you could make an argument that Kelly is more deserving of the title than Beth, Gail, and Nattie because she's the only diva the crowd pops for and gets behind during her matches and she's the diva they use for marketing. She pinned one of the Bellas on Raw so she techniqually number 1 contender and they interrupted and put down Kharma, there had to be a reason they did that so I think Kelly will face Brie and Kharma will come out and distract the Bellas and Kelly will win the title.
