For some reason I've been watching this on TBS lately. I truly do not understand what the appeal of the character Maya is. She's ugly as sin, her character is selfish, stupid, mean, and generally just a piece of shit. And yet she's supposed to be liked by us. I fucking hate her. If it weren't for David Spade I'd have turned this show off quite a while ago.

I really just want to murder her. She's the worst character in the history of television I'm pretty sure.

Anyone remember this show? Hate Maya as much as I do?

The actress that played her was also the psychotic chick on The Stand. If you haven't seen that, put it on the netflix queue. It's fantastic. Gary Sinese and Molly Ringwold, how can you go wrong!?

It's not that bad. David Spade and George Segal make it watchable. Elliott isn't that bad either. Most of the other characters are terrible though. Brian Posehn is on it quite a bit though, so that's a win.

The Maya character though...she just kills the show. Every time she's on screen I want to kill myself.

Yeah I'm a big Entourage fan as well so I've loved seeing him on Entourage the last few weeks, George Segal is great. The ex-model chick Nina can be pretty good sometimes as well, like when she's taking elephant tranquilizers and carrying a handgun in her purse.

Maya... I gotta disagree on that. She looked EXACTLY like a girl I used to fancy. So when there was the episode when she was taking full frontal nude photo's of herself (of course it wasn't shown on screen), I just totally couldn't think of anything else each time I saw her on TV.

Just Shoot Me = Great TV show... not a classic, but great. It would have only been average without David Spade

I actually enjoy Just Shoot Me (minus Maya). I always just wanted to punch her in the face until it made her shut the hell up. David Spade is f'n hilarious, George Segal is the man, and Enrico Colantani is awesome as well. Nina (ex model) has her moments too. Maya though can GTFO. But is a nice show to watch if there is nothing on the tube.

Fox puts on some of the best television on network TV anymore. Sure, they have their duds, but they have some good stuff too.

The ultimate getting ready for school show for me will always be Saved By the Bell. Every morning from 7-8 AM on TBS, I lived on that show. Then when I got older, Sportscenter has become my mandatory morning show. I always fall asleep and wake up to it.

If this has turned into a "which tv show is better" debate, then I'm going to end it right now.

Lost is pretty much the greatest television show of all time, with honorable mentions going to The X-Files and the original Twilight Zone. Oz was fucking amazing as well. And Tales From the Crypt. Shit I could be here all night naming my favorite TV shows.
