Yeah, not my girl unfortunately. We went on a few romantic outings (I'm hesitant to call it dates because we were both in a really awkward place where we both refused to admit that we liked each other even though it was painfully obvious), but nothing really ever came of of it. It's a shame because she was a cool girl, and hot too, but that's the way it goes.

Well it begs the question, do you still talk to her? If so, have you personally gotten over the awkward stage you were in at the time? If so, then tell her. And do it now, before she finds someone else.(Unless she already has.) The last thing I would guess of you is of someone that has trouble with words, so Im sure you can find the right ones. If it was so obvious on both ends, and shes not attached(and neither are you hopefully if youre still ..... about the one that got away), then act on it. Easier said then done, i know, but the old cliche of having "nothing to lose" sounds like it applies here.

Theres a reason he's so good in the clutch....I rarely talk to her anymore, mostly just a friendly word or two here and there. We're both over that awkward stage, but she has a boyfriend now. Keep in mind, that picture was taken over a year ago. And quite frankly I never felt THAT strongly about her anyway. I think if we kept hanging out just the two of us something would have happened and it would have been good, but I'm not to beat up about it not happening.
Before I left for college a guy that worked for my dad gave me a talk about how in college there's always this one girl that your friends with and then she likes you but you don't know, then you like her and she doesn't know, and then you like each other but you don't wanna tell each other, and that sort of shit keeps going on and on and on. I think she's that girl for me.
I hink your dad's friend is spot on, and we all have that type of person. I was going to say that depending on how strong your feelings were/are, that it might be appropriate to tell her, even if she does have a boyfriend. Because in those situations, you'll never truly know how she feels, you won't truly know how you feel until you're in the moment, and she'll feel likewise.
But if it's just the casual "yeah youre a cool chick and i enjoy hanging out with you and wouldn't mind f*cking you but little more" type of thing, then it's probably best to say nothing.
I just wonder because it sounds quite similar to my wife. We were friends for 7 years and hung out regularly one on one before I had the guts to ask her out on a date. She intimidated me because shes way better looking then I am.

You would be surprised. I went with a friend to go smoke a joint at this house, and before we pulled up he warns me that these people are pretty racist. I'm thinking no big deal we go in, smoke, and get out.
I fucking kid you not, these two people hated black people with a passion. Yet they had this big ass picture of Tupac with two red rags hanging gloriously on the wall.
I wish I could give you their reasoning, but I honestly don't remember if I asked them about it or not. Either way it was fucking hilarious.
