Just Another Reason Why Homicide Sucks

It's Damn Real!

The undisputed, undefeated TNA &
This from PW.com:

Petey Williams was legitimately hurt during the first taping. The injury occurred when he took the Gringo Killer from Homicide. It took a while for him to make it to the back with the trainer's assistance.

I said in the LD last night, and I'll say it again — I hope that was the last time we ever see him in a TNA ring again.

I loved Konnan. LAX themselves did very little for me by means of Homicide or Hernandez themselves. It was Konnan who defined them. The moment he left TNA, they went into a total downward spiral that left a lot to be desired.

LAX's run in the early TNA was amazingly gritty. Konnan was a great mouthpiece for sure. But I have to say, I took notice of Hernandez back then too.

To be fair, Homicide is just this generations New Jack.

I remember seeing a promo years back where he was threatening to stab Steve Corino in the ear with a fork and for the second time in my life thinking "bitch this n---a be craaaaazy" in my best Crhis Rock inner monologue.

Why they continue to employ him baffles me, he clearly doesn't give a shit. If they had any sense they'd put him in a COD match with the BLK OUT and hope it ends all their botch-fest careers.

Konnan was LAX. He was what made them tick. All the infamous moments in their history — the flag burning, the "Latino discrimination" angle, all their amazing promos all came with Konnan at the helm. When he bailed, they went into a nosedive they never came out of. It just got worse and worse the longer they pushed on and the harder they tried, including the total abortion that was LAX(ative) with Chavo and Hernandez.

To be fair TNA is kinda stupid for even allowing Homicide to use that move in their ring.

Yup. Mind-boggling. I'm sure there were numerous options from the past you could have brought back in his place.

If you don't get Homicide, or have a poor opinion of him, just watch his series with Bryan Danielson.

He made a mistake. Doesn't make him total shit when judged against his career body of work.

I remember exactly zero matches with him in TNA, other than the one where he failed to climb out of the Terrordome years back, embarrassing himself and TNA in the process.

Some body of work.

I remember Hernandez border tossing him out of the ring onto some other guys. That was pretty cool.

There are other places where wrestling happens other than TNA, you may or may not be surprised to learn.

Yup. I'm aware. And I don't watch them.

I'll revise my statement though, if it makes you feel better – Homicide sucked in TNA, and still sucks in TNA. I don't care how great he was in 2002. He sucks now, and he's sucked for years.
