Jurassic Park 4: Starring Chris Jericho

Everyones got to calm down about Austin. He broke his neck, how much do you think he can do? Hogan and Piper could do more physically. I would love to see Hogan one more time. Maybe we'll get a suprise.

Stone Cold wrestled for 5 years after he broke his neck and in 2001 after his surgery he put in some of his best performances since 97. I dont see how his neck injury is even relevant. Sure, of course it does limit his performances but he could still wrestle one more match..

Yeah and Kurt Angle won a friggen gold medal with a broken neck, and has been a professional wrestler for almost tbe years now, plus he has come back from several serious neck injuries since then to be one of the best wresters of the past decade, so I fail to see your point, why can't Austin put on one more decent match even if he has broken his neck in the past, it's not like no wrestler has ever come back from a broken neck before

because austin has no desire to return to the ring. austin is finished. has been finished. if he'd return to the ring, hed have to take months of training. he can't just walk back in the ring.

I don't think this is going to be what happens. Everything will be shown tonight I think. I'd predict Flair comes back tonight to continue the fight, which hopefully doesn't lead to anything long term. Piper will likely be back as well, but I think in the end it'll be Jericho against more than one legend, or one really big legend. Piper is a possibility, but there's no way you can make Piper vs. Jericho in a straight match anything close to legit looking. If Piper even puts up a fight it almost kills Jericho. They need someone else in here. A bigger name but not Flair due to his retirement. It won't be Piper alone, but he'll be involved.

Every week we see a legend come out and then we see Jericho beat the fuck out of them after a promo, and then we get a new thread, Jericho vs. "what ever legend came out this week", instead of him facing one of the legends that him beats down why not do a Legends Lumberjack match, Jericho vs. Austin or Hogan, either would work, both would be epic, though I see Austin as being the more likely to happen, then have Rourke sitting in on commentary, they could still have him run in and get involved that way, they could also have all the legend he's beaten with a mic over the past couple weeks "put the boots" to him after Austin throws his ass out of the ring, the end could be a post match beer bash with all the legends and Rourke in the ring, how awesome of a scene would that fucking be?

I mentioned something like this the other day. It is indeed an awesome idea. Jericho is on his third legend with what, 5-6 Raws to go? That's plenty of time for him to beat people up and embarass them to only have one of the two big names pop up at the end and then have the beat down at Mania. It's very solid, fits for the 25th year thing, and is a great way to culminate the storyline, as well as get jericho a fresh story. Great idea indeed.

Sounds good to me. If Rourke isn't going to wrestle I just hope they don't botch his opponent. It should be Hogan or Austin, end of. Vince better toss out mega bucks to get one of them to do it, since Linda left him and Nick is causing all kinds of lawsuits, Hulk's probably in need of a paycheck. Make it happen Vince, he alongside Rourke and all of these legends will draw you some dollar signs too.

That would be the best option tbh. It would be a perfect way to end the storyline having Austin whoop Jericho's ass, while the other legends are at ring side. The match itself would alone be worth watching but then having guys like Flair, Pipper, Steamboat, ect would just add to the hype of the match.

It doesn't make sence for Jericho to just face one of the legends he already confronted because it would leave the others left odd. And who really want's to see Flair in the ring again. The WWE obviously had to change plans when Rourke backed out so I think this would be the best way to get Austin on the card, wrap up the Jericho/legends storyline, and allow the other legends to have face time on the card.

That's a really great idea. It's ot all the potential in the world to draw, with
a) One of the best in-ring wrestlers and most over heels in recent years
b) One of the 2 biggest legends of all time (Hogan or Austin)
c) A supporting cast of huge legends in Flair, Steamboat, Pipper, and more
d) A bonafide celebrity involved in Rourke

If they could get all those things together, it'd be amazing.

Please do not compare Austin and Angle. Angle is a super well trained wrestler who takes care of himself 24-7. Austin is, well, Austin. Hes older, and hes knees are crap too. If you think he could wreswtle, don't you think he'd be back already? And Angle really shouldn't be wrestling, any move could be his last. And there are also different severities of broken necks I believe, but i could be wrong. Theres different vertabraes and stuff, but I could look like a total idiot and be wrong.

I want to see Jericho vs Hogan. I don't know why, but this could work. Here is Hogan, probably the biggest "has-been" of them all. You can't have a 25th Anniversary of Wrestlemania with the Immortal Hulk Hogan. You'd have the Biggest Face in Pro Wrestling against the current Biggest Heel in Pro Wrestling. Ultimate Baby Face vs Heel match. Both guys can work the mic and it fits perfectly in the current storyline. Each week he beats up a legend and then finally, somebody has enough...........

I AM A REAL AMERICAN. FIGHT FOR WHATS RIGHT, FIGHT FOR WHATS RIGHT!

Ur rite, but just think about the other legends that can come into play...

The Funks
Bill Watts
Sgt. Slaughter (his release was a storyline)
Hogan
Austin
The Rock
Hacksaw
Hall
Hart
Neidhart
I would love 2 see a legends lumberjack match, adding these legends into it though would make the perfect WM 25 Match

Ya i suggested this idea a while abck on a different thread, and i wouldnt have suggested it if i didnt think it was a good diea. Would definately be a great way to draw and there are a lot of potential legends that could be involved in a match liek this. Of course there would be the awesome moments where jericho gets thrown out and all of the legends kick the shit out of him for a while. Instead of having Rourke on commentary i think ti would be better to have him maybe in a guest referee spot if possible. On a side ntoe i dont think it will be either austin or hogan who faces jericho.

This is stupid.... bc Lawler isn't someone I would consider a megastar legend even close to Jericho's level or star power.... but i read he's being considered to fight jericho... that's nothing short of boring.... They could make this match great...

Jericho vs Austin (if austin would do it)
or
Jericho vs Hogan (said he would do it)
or
Jericho vs Sid (WWE booked him for wrestlemania weekend)
or
Jericho vs HBK (if for some reason he loses tonight)

Jericho vs Flair or Rourke will not happen.

My guess whoever Jericho fights... many of the legends Jericho has made mad in the last few weeks will have their say in the end.... maybe a group beat down or something.

i hope it is austin v jericho cos that has the potential to be a good match

jericho v hogan would be good on paper but the match would stink cos hogan is getting really old.

iv heard rumours that jerry lawler wants a WM match before he retires however this would be just hideous, hes old and cant wrestle, and unlike hogan, he wouldnt draw

I would mark out way more than Austin, and even more than my favorite of all time, Hogan. If he did face Cena, then who would Jericho face? I dont want Flair, piper, valentine, honky, and sadely, Lawler might be a letdown. Lets say they have no opponent, or its a mystery opponent. Jericho's music hits....Pop and Circumstances. Holy shit. I think more people would go nuts for him than anybody. Its so out there, and unexpected. it would be great. Hes got a DVD coming out, and there were rumors and a pic, who knows? Would you guys mark out like I would?

"Has Been" Hogan as you put it should be involved in the 25th anni. but I don't know how good of a match him and Jericho would have. It will only be good for the novelty. But it could be interesting and better if lots of legends are involved ringside or run-ins and also Mickey Rourke gets involved. And maybe a Jericho beatdown at the end heh..

Him, or Warrior would be a total SHOCK! and make for a HUGE Wrestlemania moment. I doubt it will happen, but never say never. OR how bout this: some combination of hogan, savage and warrior, at some point all in the ring together....maybe not wrestling, but just as a segment. maybe jericho doesn't have a match and it will just be a segment. 3 of the biggest legends of all time! that would be awesome! all that being said, i doubt it will happen...sadly

i would mark out as well... but unfortunately we'll probably just get a jericho segment and a stone cold stunner at wm25...

I completly agree... I would spazz out. But we all know the Ultimate WWE Legend will make an apperance and shut Y2J up for good. After all what else has austin done in the past 3-4 wrestlemanias?

I would Love to see savage at wrestlemania. Considering the fact that WWE is coming out with a DVD about him makes me think he and Vince have put the past behind them and it would be great for wrestling.

After that he should goto TNA and kill Jay Lethal for stealing his gimmick

Unfortunately Savage will probably never be in the WWE again even though the new DVD of him is a good sign. That would be badass though if he did do it, I saw a video of him on youtube and he still looks like he is in pretty good shape so I'm sure he could put on a good match. It's just that his relationship with the WWE is too bad for him to be there.

There is no legend for Jericho to face. Lawler would be a complete bore- he wrestles a couple times a year anyway on Raw for free. Macho man would be great, Hogan would be predictable and boring, Warrior would be fantastic (as long as it was an actual match), Stone Cold is boring and over played right now, The Rock would be great but would make the smart choice of not doing it. WWE's best bet is to bill it as a surprise legend- keep us guessing so we are inhterested. Im not sure many of the legends would draw a lot more buyers. The people that remember them and who are dying for "one last match" will probablyh order wrestlemania anyway. Like i said how many new fans will order just to see anh old man like Hogan?

OK. It will be Jericho vs Hogan. Stone Cold will be on hand (Ref/enforcer/backstage/etc..) He will come out and Stun Hogan. This will keep us pining for another solid year for a Stone Cold/Hogan match. On a side note, if WWE was ever going to put this match on, this would have been the event for it.

I do not see this happening. As you know Vince and Savage don't really get along. Vince goes as far as even keeping Savage out of the hall of fame. Don't get me wrong this match would be amazing, and i'd love to see it, but I do not see it happening.
