You know since he left WWE i haven't really seen him on ESPN but the other night during World News Now(news broadcast on from 3am-5am in ohio) they had a ESPN sports highlight segment he was hosting and while im sure he had to clean his act up for the ESPN job i think he made a much better wrestling personality.His announcing just seemed so stale and almost robotic on that news broadcast.I'm surprised with Tazz recently gone the WWE hasn't offered to reach out to Coachman to get him back as an announcer.He has been the ass of many jokes in the WWE over the years but overall the guy obviously could call a match and does it with a professionalism good enough for a serious sports network.
