Murderer at 10...apparently now charged with a serious sexual offence at 27.

First, he shouldn't have been out anyway, our justice system is a fucking joke.

Second, he was then able to be mingle along people who had NO idea who he was. Leading to this.

Third, if this is true, he should NEVER be let out. We should bring back the death penalty and torture him slowly.

But no, his right to privacy and a new identity mean more than an unsuspecting victim who was seriously sexually assaulted.

There's always the chance this isn't true. With his past, I seriously doubt it, though.

Sort of. It has been confirmed that he has been put back in prison because they thought he might have been looking at child porn, but it hasn't been confirmed if he was.

There's so much wrong with the whole thing. I don't think 10 year olds should be gaoled for life, but they shouldn't be let out if they have, and I quote "serious psychological issues" and even if they did, when he became a drug addict, that was probably time to bring him back in.

I struggle to understand it all really, I believe in redemption, but if you are so fucked up that you torture someone to death at ten years old and don't show any remorse, then really there is no hope and they shouldn't have let them out. They had to let them out because they tried them as adults illegally, which was stupid, but I don't think it is wise to release two people believed to be psychopaths just because you fucked up 8 years ago.

I don't even see how that is possible. Oh yeah, we made a mistake 8 years ago and now we have to let them out. Just because you made an error, this does not erase the fact that the person carried out a crime, regardless of age. I like to think that the justice system is under-rated and that people like to complain. However, things like this make me sick. How is this justifiable? It's ridiculous. Sometimes I think that the rights of the accused seem to outweigh the rights of the accuser.

There is no justification for murder. Not in any case. If you follow "an eye for an eye", then you are justifying the death of someone because they too have killed. In my eyes, there is literally no excuse for murder. There is no defence for the murder of an innocent person just as much as there is no defence for the murder of a murderer.
