Jillian Hall

I'm Literally Just Here for WZCW
Should she get the sack from the WWE roster or does she still serve some use in the division? I simply ask this question as she has not been used properly since she left JBL's cabinent over on SmackDown. She is only being used as a filler, has somewhat of a gimmick that the fans absolutely hate [both as being a heel & the fact her singing is annoying] & has been inactive for at least 30 days.

For myself, Jillian is pretty much a wasted talent for the WWE. Her only useful roles involved her being in the manager type position or being a jobber to the divas. The WWE needs these roles for the division badly. As of right now, she fits the desciption perfectly to perform her role. Once the new girls start to role in that are more than able to pull off these roles [such as the new girl from the FCW roster whose name escapes me being trialled on ECW], then I say give her the boot.

Any thoughts?

I agree, she is a pretty decent wrestler, I think she would benifit from a release and a TNA roster spot. Since TNA is bringing in Knockouts Tag Titles, I would like to see her eventually get involved with that, but also the Knockouts Title in general. Like I said, she has pretty good skills, im not saying she is the best female wrestlers ever, but she certainly isnt one of the worst.

I've always like Jillian though, she has an amazing body on her but terrible voice lol, but that besides the point, I think she should go though.

I really don't know why they don't let Jillian showcase more of her in-ring work. Lance Storm, whom I hold in the highest regard when it comes to judging in-ring talent, says that Jillian is one of the better working Divas in WWE, yet they continually keep her backstage for unneeded comedy vignettes.

I say let her get involved in some competitive matches. Don't necessarily put the title on her right away, but get her recognized and working with the main event divas.

I think she should resign. She's been treated unfairly by the WWE for way too long. First they give her a annoying gimmick, secondly she's hardly even used, Thridly Jillan hasn't even won a singles match since 2007. That's TWO YEARS AGO. Jillan Hall is one of the MOST underated wrestlers to ever wrestle for the WWE. She's a good wrestler who wrestles better then 90% roughly of the divas division, & is still treated like crap. I find it highly unfair that they treat her this way, Jillan deserves way more then that. I say, she should defiently go to TNA. If she goes to TNA they'd definetly appericate her wrestling skills to the fullest. She'd fit right in with the knockouts instead of these barbie doll divas.

I actually worried about her as soon as she was drafted from Smackdown in the 2007 WWE Draft. I didn't think that she would succeed on Raw at all. I was kinda right. But atleast then, she was used more on a weekly basis. Now, you're lucky if you see her once a month. Now, I can't even remember how good of a wrestler she is now since I hardly see her, let alone in the ring. I think she can still succeed. Move her to Smackdown and I think she has a chance to shine. Or even ECW... she'd probably get more exposure there too. Maybe.

I feel bad for Jillian Hall. She is definetly a talented diva as far as in-ring skills go and even playing that gimmick up. I think she is freaking Hilarious and is entertaining but sadly misused. She hasnt, to my knowledge, ever had a womens title shot, which i think is sad. She could totally give some new and needed competition to the womens division if given the opportunity. I hope she sticks around, and soon, they realize this and give her a much needed and deserved push!!!

I like how everyone in this thread is under the impression that WWE actually gives a shit about their Women's division. So far as Jillian goes: She doesn't stand out in ANY way. Wrestling ability is NOT what's needed anymore. Charisma takes you so much further in this era of wrestling. So even if Vince gave a shit about his Women's divisions, I would disagree, no push for Jillian.

I actually quite like Jillian as a wrestler. She is more than competent in the ring and plays the heel role quite well. She may not be the hottest or most athletic person in the Diva's division, but she always got the job done. I'd rather have her as Beth's partner during tag matches than someone like Fox or Mendes, at least at the moment. If she had a better gimmick or even no gimmick she'd be much better. Either way, I think she is useful to the WWE and should be kept around.

In terms of what I've seen, it seems that Jillian has become the "Santino" of the Diva's roster, but like most of the Divas she is underused and not given any sort of chance to shine even in the role she occupies now. She's a decent wrestler in a very aggressive and complaining sort of way (sort of like Chris Jericho) but like all the Divas, she's held back from reaching full potential.

She can work the mic as long as she doesn't sing, although even in that role, use her right, and she's capable of being very funny. I agree with those that say that she should resign and attempt a run with TNA. I can almost guarantee you they'll use her in a way that allows her to really stretch her talents, maybe as an annoying (but humorous) TBP groupie and wannabe.

Jillian badly needs repackaged completely. She can wrestle her ass off and is decent on the mic. How she is still stuck with this horrible singing gimmick is beyond me. It needs to be dropped, she needs to disappear for a month or so, then return with a fresh gimmick and a new attitude. She can play a heel very well and they need to utlize that. Instead she is being horribly misused in a horrible gimmick, that if it doesn't end soon, then I feel WWE instead of repackaging her will just release her, which would be stupid. She can be a good asset to the WWE if used right. They should keep her.

If however they don't or she asks for her release, I can see TNA using her and her being a really good thing for the Knockouts especially if Kong is retiring. She could do well in TNA, definitely better right now, than she is in the WWE.

No more singing. There IMO Jillian Hall could play a pretty good asset to the Women's Division, if WWE actually cared about that division. Heel or face, take your pick. She's GOT to be better than anything WWE could find in the boring Diva Search... needed to be said.

Hell, she probably came out of that too. But I'd keep her and stick her with something different then singing like crap or having a fungus on her face for The Boogeyman to eat...*shivers* Anything sounds good now.

The problem with Jillian is not only her gimmick, but her crediblity. It's okay saying she should just get a new character, but at the end of the day, she's jobbed just as much, if not more than she has won. They'd have to build up again, and what if she doesn't get over? What character should she get? Who should she feud with? Nearly every diva in the company is lacking character, and some need it more Jillian does. Jillian has charisma, but she's nothing more than a comedic jobber. She is by far one of the most talented in the division, but, her best match from WWE, came when she was in their development against Mickie James. I don't really know the point i'm making, but Jillian isn't the only diva in the company who isn't being used correctly, and though her treatment has been worse than nearly every other women in the company right now, at the end of the day, the door is open there for Jillian to leave - I wouldn't want her to go, but she's 29, and I cannot see WWE repackaging her, because Jillian has had her 'moment in the sun' on Smackdown, and WWE treat her as the jobber of the heels, that could change, but can anybody honestly believe that WWE would go to the effort of making somebody a new gimmick and giving them crediblity? I can't. And sure it's okay complaining about her gimmick, but hey at least she's got one, regardless of how bad it is. Personally, I liked her better on Heat, she could showcase what she could do, and sure she cut an annoying promo, but she looked credible. Stick her on Superstars, and have her take on some FCW girls, or even better, women who aren't doing anything important at the moment in the company; Eve, Layla, Alicia, Bellas, Katie, ect.

Before you jump to inaccurate facts before Summerslam the last time she wrestled on TV was Aug 3rd's Edition of WWE RAW which here was the result of her match: Beth Phoenix & Jillian def. Divas Champion Mickie James & Gail Kim. So before u write something make sure the facts are straight 1st. Jillian's gimmick is a rip of Brooke Hogan cause Brooke doesnt want to go the wrestling route in followin in her dad's footsteps. So that's why Jillian Has this Pop diva gimmick.

I agree with most people, she needs to drop WWE like a bad habbit and jumpship to TNA. Only problem is she's spent too much time out of ring and when she is carrying newbies, so no telling how rusty she is ;P

She needs to follow what Victoria did, she is better than the way WWE is treating her and making her a jobber, she needs to go to TNA and have proper pushes for herself and actually show off her true talent.

WHY????????WHY???She is a good worker and getting paid for being there. Quit and go to TNA for maybe a third of the money, pay your own travel expenses, and have to get hurt and or buried ? Or work for the WWE get your $$, ride a bus and your per-diem and be on TV once a month for 5 min?? Thats a no brainier for me.
