I have to admit that was a fun read. Good luck with getting Sly removed Jason. Let me know how that works out.
It was fun. Crowd was hot. Even Mark Henry got crazy pops in a dark match. It was longer than I expected with dark matches (during which Punk did his best Earthquake impression), NXT, Superstars, Raw, and Smackdown. I think I've outgrown the live event. By that I mean physically. Seats at Allstate Arena are very tight and my 6'3 body was not very comfortable during the four hours. Still a fun time.

Ok, this could be fun.
Whoops, nevermind. Get back to me when we're not talking about what YOU like, but rather what really makes a good wrestler. You know, talk about what made guys like Andre, Hogan, Warrior, Sting, Austin, Rock, Foley, Cena, etc. all so popular.
And see, this is where you fail, like so many others in the IWC.
A wrestler is a Superstar, and a Superstar is a wrestler. It's the same thing. Do you know WHY Vince McMahon doesn't refer to his product as wrestling and wrestlers? It's to avoid requiring sanction by the Boxing/Fight commission in each state, because the rules on promoting an event are much tougher by Boxing/Fight Commission by-laws than they are if they are a traveling entertainment show.
But a wrestler and a superstar are the same thing. And what makes a good wrestler/superstar has nothing to do with what YOU want to see, because frankly, what you mentioned in BOTH of your posts on the subject deal with the superficial aspects of pro wrestling. The only thing you mentioned was storytelling, everything else is worthless. You need to know about psychology (and I'm not talking about limb psychology, I'm talking match psychology). You need to understand workrate, and charisma and selling, and how they all work independently of each other, and yet, rely on each other for a great match.
You see, THAT'S what makes a good wrestler. It has nothing to do with the moves you make, it has to do with the deeper issues of pro wrestling, that people like you don't understand unless someone explains them to you.
Now, of course, you're going to be a stubborn ass probably, and instead of asking me to expand upon my points to learn what I'm talking about, you'll just repeat your same things ad nauseum, but the problem for you is that your method of determining who is a great wrestler doesn't even begin to come close to how it plays out on TV, whereas if you use what I'm telling you define quality wrestling, then the reason guys like Hogan and Cena being in the main-event makes perfect sense.
In all seriousness, and without any insults intended, if you TRULY want to learn something, let me know.

One night, over a spam warning, KB vs. Sly for 6 hours.

There haven't been any. In all seriousness, what usually happens when guys like X, IC, KB, myself, etc. get into hot debates, we just go on forever and nothing gets settled. Anyone who agreed with my side before the debate will think I won, and anyone who agreed with the other side will think they won.
Aside from the many times I kick their ass in a debate, it usually just ends when neither of us feel like beating the dead horse anymore.

I have no idea what we were arguing about or who was on what side. I remember Ricky being in it for awhile, Norcal leaving for like 4 hours and coming back saying something like "Are you kidding me?" and Fruity Pebbles.

WZ Forums got looser spam rules. Now, KB just likes everything looser.

Nay Slyfox, I remember not one but two threads I got the better of you in debate form. Once with the issue of medical marijuana, where you cited a report on how harmful the drug could be and I then showed you a report from the exact same doctor and team of scientists about ten years later where his studying had come to the exact opposite conclusion of his previous beliefs. I also remember a thread where we argued about ECW, and you tried to tell everyone that the promotions consisted entirely of New Jack like "wrestlers" hitting each other with frying pans and shit, and I went on some rant about the Eddie Guerrero vs. Dean Malenko feud and the series of technical match-ups we got from them and posted a bunch of videos and shit.
That's just off the top of the dome. I'll gladly admit you've gotten the better of me many times as well though. You have always been my greatest philosophical rival.
