Having watched last night's dynamite jake Roberts came out to confront Cody. Now people no that jake was one of the best talkers in the game. He left the wwf in the early 90s because vince wouldn't make him a writer and joined wcw an il fateful stint that didn't last long. But back to the point maybe aew will finally use him in this role and that has to be good for business.

The real reason why vince cut ties with kjake in the early 90's was because of he was unrealible because of his drinking problem so they couldn't trust him in a agent role at the time, in fact they did try him in that role in the mid 90's when jake came back and he prove them right a lot of time by no showing meeting and fake being lost.

The jake we have today is a completly different jake that we had when he was wrestling in the WWE. I'm glad that he's finally got his act together and can get another chance at making a change for the next generation. Jake is one of the best mind for the business and the AEW roster would be stupid to not listen to him

If he's manager for Brodie Lee and sticks around for a while then AEW has got a massive signing.

I'm interested to see if it's strictly as an on screen character or if they'll let him work as an agent/creative.
