Is the Dark Knight really gory?

I really liked it. i've never been one on Oscar buzz, but Joker was absolutely amazing. He made me think he really was crazy.

I honestly don't think that Ledger was crazy. I've seen more powerful performances from people who weren't bat shit crazy. Excuse the pun.

Anyone else looking forward to Quantum of Solace? Casino Royale > Begins. By that logic, QOS > TDK.

The first one has the villains from 101 Dalmatians for fuck's sake. Was a kiddy flick. Not the clever, kidult, Wall-e kind. No, the "only children could appreciate this on any level" kind.
