What the fuck? Seriously, HOW THE FUCK have you not seen any of the Indiana Jones? Did you grow up in Uzbekistan? That's like someone saying they've never seen any of the Star Wars, it's just ridiculious. Why not?
I grew up on the Lucas masterpieces of Star Wars & the Indiana Jones trilogy. Such a damn classic trilogy of movies, and if it's even nearly as good as any of the three then it will be fantastic. Spielberg has been rather hit-or-miss lately (the Good: Munich, the Awful: War of the Worlds) so I'm hoping this will be a good movie.
Go out and immediately rent all three original films those who haven't seen these movies. What is wrong with you? Do you just hate America and all things moral and Christian or something?!

I find the Indiana Jones movies VASTLY overrated.

I agree completely. Whats the point of this movie besides to make a quick buck? Seriously. The only reason I could see this being justified would be introducing the next generation of Jones, but of course that's not going to happen and I'm sure as hell glad it's not Transformer-boy.

Never saw the originals. and the new one looks like its just too high on the ridiculous scale for me to buy into it. Plus im pretty excited to add it to my defiance pantheon. The list of movies everyone is all overbearing about and way overkill that makes me not ever want to go see them. "WHAT??? YOU NEVER SEEEEN THAT??? you know...its REALLY GOOD. you should REALLY see it" leave me the fuck alone. I will NOT see it.

Napoleon Dynamite is that movie for me. I tried to watch it when it came out on DVD but everyone had already seen it and had been quoting it for almost a year. To make matters worse, they kept looking at me when we were watching it to see how hard I was laughing (not at all). I took it out after the first 30 mins and brought it back to blockbuster. I came back with Wrestlemania IV on VHS and watched that instead.
Juno was written and filmed near Minneapolis so I got to see it before the craze hit. I liked it, but it could have went the way of Napolean had I waited.
Iron Man is freakin awesome. Shocking ending, but brilliant film. Can't wait for Iron Man 2.
Again, I agree. When I quoted that post, I meant that:
Iron Man > Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Not > the whole franchise.
