Time to justify what I meant. DBS had one of the most illustrious careers in WWE for what it was worth, 1st European Champion and longest holder of the belt, 2 time Hardcore and Tag Champ with Dynamite Kid and Owen, as well has holding the IC belt for a run.

Winner of Feud of Year, Best Tag Team Awards...but he's not known for winning the Big One. Why did he come back to WWE...to hand Al Snow the Hardcore Belt? Nope. To get the title and he failed in multiple attempts and ended up in the mid-card. That's why I see underachievement

British Bulldog was a very standard guy who accomplished quite a few things but he had so much more potential than what he amounted to. He could've been a better upper midcarder...he could've been a world champion (especially if they'd have had the brand split back then). He could've been a lot of things.
