News -- January 5th, 2010​

Time Change: TNA Impact will be going back to Thursday nights. The next night Impact will be on is January 14, 2010. It is expected TNA will stay on Thursdays for at least the remainder of 2010.

Releases: TNA management has come to agreements with the releases of Kiyoshi, Shark Boy, and Scott Steiner. We would like to wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.

Rebranding: Throughout the company there has been talks and rumors about possible rebranding coming as soon as Genesis. This includes a name change to Impact Wrestling, changing the ring to a four-sided ring, and color change from red. Colors talked about have been green, purple, or silver.

Knockouts: There have been talks about giving the Knockouts division more of a focus on the show including hiring new woman who are big in the wrestling world all over the world. This focus would be to give TNA a new competitive attitude in a well rounded show unlike it's competitors.

Big Names: At Genesis in a couple weeks there are suppose to be more big names coming continuing with the theme of drawing attention to the show by bringing in bigger names.
