I don't know of any tag teams working the indies. But a type of team they could do with is one of the highflyer/power combo ones similar to LAX (or they could just get LAX back)

I don't see Hernandez coming back anytime soon. But if they wanted to go the route of bringing back former names, as well as creating the style of team you mentioned, Amazing Red and Crimson have been teaming up on the indy scene lately and since TNA created their "brother" connection, that could make some sense.

You have The Bravado Brothers, who are very generic but good workers and Anthony Neese and Barretta could work as well. But really, their best shot is to get two indy guys and team them up from the get go and build them as a team, even making them get some success at OVW.
I'd love to see either of those combos(and I don't find the Bravados generic at all) brought in, or even team Trent up with Caleb Conley or Chuck Taylor in TNA(he has worked extensively with all three men). And there are more names on the indy scene as well; like Juicy Product, The Throwbacks, Team IOU, The Bearded Bullies, etc.

Or if they wanted to drop some cash and get a great team with some name value, they could try a hail mary of getting London and Kendrick. London may be attracted to TNA, at the right price, with their limited date requirements.

There are options on the indy scene, and any one of the teams mentioned in this post would go a long way toward securing TNA's tag division. And since none are working for ROH, NOAH, or NJPW and none have heavy WWE interest, any could be obtainable for TNA if they aggressively pursued the situation(which again, I do not expect them to do).

Bad Influence. Bad. Mother. Fucking. Influence.

They take shots at TNA every other week, Daniels has an ROH contract too, Kaz doesn't but hes said in interviews that until ROH lie to him or show him disloyalty he's there until then and not leaving. Lucha Underground wanted him and he said in Joey Ryan's internet show it just isn't happening. Plus they're pretty big into the whole Addiction thing now and have got it pretty over.

They could sign a whole lot of teams, but having listened to Kaz's RF shoot interview he says TNA don't really want straight up tag teams it seems and are more interested in having individuals they can throw into a team together. If they wanted teams, there are a ton of ones available to them on the indies, what they really seem to want is established teams like The American Wolves to become free agents, so for example, if reDRagon's contracts with ROH came up tomorrow (they recently signed those new exclusive ones for a lot of money) I could see TNA offering them an arm and a leg to come in and work with The Wolves.

Any team listed is inferior to reDRagon.

Though I'd love for The Wolves to face a competent tag team not named The Hardys. Storm and Abyss are average at best, putting The Wolves right off the bat in a long term feud with the fucking BroMans instead of Bad Influence is what pushed Kaz and Daniels out the door and killed people's interest in The Wolves before it could even start. Find two young guys or at least put two guys doing nothing who might work well together (King and Joe maybe) and let them try to make the tag division relevant again.

Cool story. Kong came back to TNA. So can Bad Influence. So can anyone.

Kong wasn't lied to on multiple occasions, paid late (at Christmas) like Daniels was, in Daniels words, "bullied" by management and held to a certain standard, told they couldn't sell t-shirts on online stores like ProWrestlingTees even though other guys on the roster were, told that they'd be re-signed only to not be re-signed and then told when asking why they were being let go that, "there just isn't room for you here, we just need to go in a different direction."

Daniels words are paraphrased, "if there isn't room on a show that doesn't have many entertaining acts, with all due respect, as it is, and we get all the credit for being entertaining, then that's fine, we'll take our act somewhere else, so when you guys are struggling to find anyone to pop the crowd don't come crying to us trying to take us back, because there's only so many times you spit in someones face before they turn around."

Listen to their RF shoot interviews, they're both very interesting.

No thanks. Like I said, Kong came back. Bad Influence could too.

Never never means never in pro wrestling. Ever.

This. Bret Hart came back to WWE and won a title. I don't know (or care to know) the details of whatever squabble Bad Influence or Kong had, but I'll take a guess and say they weren't as big a deal as Montreal. If Bret can come back to WWE, anyone can come back to anywhere.

You know what's really getting on my nerves? Those stipulation matches out of nowhere... Why the announced Monster's Ball match, really? Why not a regular match? Those two tapings seem to be kind of good and very storyline driven, but it just seems like good ol' TNA. TIRED OF HEEL STABLES!

Also, Bad Influence is history. Make NEW and fresh product. Just that. I have no desire to see Daniels and Kazarian back in a TNA ring, aside from a special appearance really. Why, why, can't TNA get AJ Styles to do one show? They can. But they are so "big" that they don't want to use one of the hottest free agents just because he isn't "exclusive". Fuck that. I want to really dig TNA, but a lot of management decisions get on my nerves. They could have an amazing product and end up having a very average one. To this day it was 2012 the year that they really stood out with Roode as the World Champ... Why? No stables, just freaking wrestling. They were so good that they could have gone on to do some tours, until they didn't and it all went down with that stupid Jeff Hardy victory over Austin Aries at Bound For Glory...

That's Russo's booking shining through. You have to have a gimmick match every 18 seconds or fans might turn away because no one wants to see wrestling. Perish the thought of that.

Very mild spoiler from the tapings.

The heel group has a name: the Beatdown Clan. Can someone, for the love of all things good and holy, please tell Dixie that the NWO was nearly 20 years ago and it's NEVER coming back?

Here's a much bigger spoiler.

Low Ki beat Aries to take the title back. I really don't want to hear TNA fans complaining about WWE hot shotting title changes anymore.

How in the hell can we send the message to TNA, really? Choose an idiot from the crowd and he'll book the damn show with some creativity. Lucky for them James Storm's Revolution is something very intriguing, or else, they would once again, be in the shits for the entire card.

They are building an Havok vs. Kong match and hopefully they'll get it out of the way rather sooner than later, because Taryn Terrell and Gail Kim should get the attention, because those two can go! Give them some good competition! Women's wrestling could be the next big thing. Ain't no company, aside from NXT getting rave reviews about their women's division and it could be built! Also, Bro-Mans act is so stale that it annoys me that they are getting to have a storyline. Also, who in the hell is in the X-Division? I hope they can organize that belt.

One thing I'll say though - ECIII and Spud may very well be building the most underrated story in TNA (with Tyrus and now Mark Andrews) and Spud specially may turn out to be the ultimate underdog for the company. He can go and he's both talented inside the ring and in promos, so, unless they give up on him, I could see him getting a good solid push for the remainder of 2015 and actually get the X Belt (say at BfG) against someone like Low Ki. That would be a feel good moment really.

It's very clear that TNA is going to do what they want to do and nothing more. The other problem is the gimmick stuff makes fans lose interest in regular matches. Why should I care about two people having a regular match if they've had one violent match after another? Just a wrestling match is going to sound dull after all the gimmicks.

I'm not saying they'll never comeback, but right now, they're not coming back. Daniels can't because he has a contract. Kaz could, but he won't without Daniels and he more-so than Daniels is bitter over how he was treated. I could see them appearing for TNA sometime, but definitely not anytime soon.

AJ Styles said on Vince Russo's podcast they've asked him to comeback twice but he isn't interested. It's simple as that. You can't force the guy to comeback, especially when he still feels insulted because of the way he was treated. Not to mention he has a NJPW contract anyway, and NJPW are according to AJ not interested in doing any business with TNA whatsoever after what happened when their talent went onto excursion with TNA.

Wrestle Kingdom has been a big success too, so now more than before, what would be the point of him returning?

Well, I laughed.

OK so we have yet another heel stable. I don't understand why they feel it's necessary to do this every year. Either a power struggle or an abundance of held running roughshod over the entire roster. Maybe this time they'll control all of the titles unlike the A&8's. But I'm wondering where Lashley will fit into this.
