Impact Support Club House

Some "breaking announcements" to follow "in the next few days" per Dixie Carter per the interview link posted above.

Will affect the NY shows, so she says. She also mentioned "guys coming back" to the company earlier in the interview.

Please AJ Styles... please AJ styles... puhhhh leeaaassseeeeeee AJ fuckin' Styles.

I want to see and hear that pop again.

I listened to AJ on Vince Russo's podcast last week.

He's not going anywhere. Not only because he has a clear bitterness toward TNA, John Gaburick and co, but also because his NJPW contract doesn't expire until April and his NJPW contract, as said by him, only allows him to appear on TV in America for one promotion, ROH.

Regardless of what people may say about Styles leaving TNA is his mistake. Sure he's probably making more money, but how much more traveling is he doing? Plane tickets aren't cheap, life on the road isn't cheap, hell Japan is off the charts expensive. Maybe he loves it more, maybe. I just think that TNA did fuck styles over at a time when things for them on Spike were heading towards the worse. I just don't see how him leaving TNA with all this touring is better for him financially.

I'm not talking about grudges or bitterness, I'm just looking at the traveling side and thinking is it really worth it in the long run?

You're not serious, right?

This has been the best year of his career. Those are his own, Meltzer and Russo's words. My own too. Everything he has touched has turned to gold (or broken, ba-dum-dum-tsk), at least four MOTY candidates, probably the wrestler of the year, IWGP Heavyweight Champion, top gaijin in NJPW, the main star of GFW's NJPW PPV, top guy in ROH, has to his own admittance made more money this year then he would have if he continued wrestling for TNA on his OLD contract, forget the 1/2 one they offered him.

And now, more than ever, hes a star in wrestling. Whether its Austin or JR or Jericho, they've all said that AJ Styles is one of the guys in wrestling. I remember people always saying, "AJ Styles should be the face of TNA", but they never really did it - they tried, then they'd stop. His worth is so much more outside of TNA that not only is it a credit to him but its one of the things that has knocked TNA off the pedestal it once had.

Lately he hasn't even been traveling much. Hes only really worked NJPW and ROH since his new kid was born.

That all may be true and he may never work there again and they did screw him up. But at the end of the day, that name value he carries is all TNA. They gave him the biggest platform outside of WWE to make that name for himself. So I honestly don't get the hate. TNA is stupid? Yes. Evil? I doubt that. Unless AJ had a staph infection.

Does anyone know when the ROH Support Club thread is going to be opened so I can go back to reading this thread every day without having to trip over the same "TNA sucks" posts written back-to-back with only slight variations by Dragon?

I am sure his career is huge, awesome for him. He was big in TNA and traveled less than what he probably did recently up until now. AJ might be making more money than he was but TNA did help make AJ Styles. The hate given for TNA because of AJ styles is unwarranted. You cannot say since he left TNA he's been better than ever because when AJ was in TNA he always preformed extremely well.

:lmao:

Every. Fucking. Day.

Slags off TNA everyday - mostly in the 'Impact Support Club House' thread; still didn't get a "Biggest troll" nomination...

Probably after the Lucha Underground Support thread. Which'll be followed by the NJPW Gaijin Otaku thread. Then finally the ROH Support Beam thread.

@TNADixie: Just approved a new logo for @ImpactWrestling for @DestAmerica. #Killer

Plays right into the tweets from whomever that was a few weeks ago — the truck guy for TNA — who was saying "new everything" for TNA for 2015 regarding graphics, logos, etc.
