Impact Support Club House

So TNA's like the Colts, then? At one time the second best team in the game with a future hall of famer leading them, now a place where everyone is trying to leave and they don't know where 2/3's of their workers are?

But also, your team's your team.

Until they fold or move to another city... :p

Sabin's run at the top was fucking awful, but so was GFW. They were just both bad for different reasons. Right now, today, I'd lean GFW being worse, but ask me in a year and it may go back to Sabin being the guy. God, what a fucking terrible decision.

I still think Sabin's run if they had made him look competent. Him winning by just hitting Bully with the hammer was shit. He should have hit him with he hammer (or an Aces & 8s member inadvertently) and then a finisher similar to how Edge speared Cena at One Night Stand allowing RVD to hit the five star frog splash. A non clean win for a face but still commendable

His early X-Division matches were good and his MCMG stuff as well.

But now that I think about it I don't know whether that was because he was working with AJ Styles, Petey Williams etc in the X-Division matches and teaming with Alex Shelley in MCMG

That's what I'm getting at. I'm just being hyperbolic. As a tag team wrestler, he was one half of arguably the most exciting team in TNA's history. As an X-Division wrestler he had a comparably decorated history.

But for my money, there was a clear limit to his potential. Being put into a World Title picture, let alone winning it, wasn't part of that scale. Or shouldn't have been.

The world needs ditchdiggers.

Sabin's run caused at least one Puerto Rican to spill a lifetime supply of man-juice, so I'll salute TNA for that.

I've read once that Sabin's moveset was reduced because of a back injury. Don't know if that's related...

He's been out injured for the past 5 months if that's anything. He said in an interview recently or a month or two ago that he fought a back issue by thinking it would heal but instead it kept getting worse, when he joined ROH he felt bad because he wasn't able to put in the match quality he wanted so he decided to take time off to let it heal. He manages The Addiction and does run-ins.

Eh, no more than Rey Mysterio or any other number of guys who wrestle a similar style.

Yeah, at least Sabin can walk. I don't want to jinx him, but I'm pretty sure Rey is going to need Lieutenant Dan legs one day.

On the flipside, they can be as long as he wants, so... hello!

Really enjoying the round robin stages of the world series right now. Favourite match so far was Eddie vs Davey. Spotty, yeah, but they made it work.

Also... who wants to make a bet on how long it's going to take EY to start wearing a visor to the ring as well?

He's looking increasingly Harty...

TNA is like the wrestling promotion form of Keith Richards.

It just refuses to die.

Although, in this situation the report was that they're paying to be on POP TV, so while its good they've managed to stay alive I wouldn't be jumping for joy in the long term yet.

I'll give them this, shit ton better than fucking COMET!
