I still maintain that if Hardy had led Immortal in a weird arty way it would have been way more interesting than NWO 2.0

Oh for sure. Hardy had potential but in addition to the Hogan/Bischoff stuff, they did the meaningless Anderson title run and then the Victory Road debacle.

Andersons title win was too early. They should have kept building him up since he was really over at the time. Then have him chaze Hardy not Sting for a while then give him the win at Victory Road or whatever big pay per view.

Immortal was a good idea poorly executed. TNAs biggest mistake was featuring Hogan so much. They should have did what WWE does/did with Hogan and use him every now and again.

The problem with Immortal is that it was Hogan's stable. Hogan, as opposed to Hardy. Hogan, who couldn't actually wrestle, yet was feuding with guys directly. For what payoff?

The same thing happened with Aces and 8's. As bad as it would have been, they set up Bubba vs. Hulk for months and then it never happened.

Because Hogan couldn't take the bump right? I believe that is why it never happened.

Immortal and Aces and Eights had potential especially with DOC.
