He's almost a year old (7 dog years) now and he can't seem to perform some very basic task's. He doesn't respond to his name, he doesn't eat well, he tries to climb on people and he tries to pull me when I take him on a leash for walks. This is getting problematic. I let him loose for a while and he goes around the neighborhood peeing on everyone's houses. He then drags dead animals to the balcony. I can't keep him tied up all the time.
