I've emailed my cell phone provider twice now over an issue I have and they have not replied to me and it's been almost a week now. This is ridiculous. When you type the email up, the text above says it will be replied in 48 to 72 hours. It's now past that. What the fuck!?
The issue I have is with their warranty and ridiculous policy, and I've definitely let them know it in the emails I have sent. I don't mean they are ignorantly rude or anything, but they let them know my feelings on the situation I'm in for sure. I'm just fed up now as I've still yet to receive a reply.
