Well that's simply false Echelon. Wayne only started this "pop-rap" shit a few years ago, he's been rapping for well over a decade now and used to be fucking sick. He's still incredibly talented and can be good when he actually gives a fuck, but he's too busy getting high and making awful autotune pop-rap songs to give a fuck about his rhymes anymore. No Ceilings had a few good songs, but that was it.

Then why doesn't he just go back to his roots? It's not a sin for an artist to branch out and try something new to garner new fans, but when they start living only for a paycheck and superficial fame, that becomes a problem.

Tis why I respect artist's like 36 Mafia and NAS, who are in the spotlight and have branched out from their comfort zones, but have never really left their roots.
