Who out of the current Tna roster do you think would be tearing it up in the Ecw right now if Ecw had never gone bankrupt, and Tna had never started...

It would have been brilliant to see great matches like Rhyno vs Aj but in the Ecw arena with the more intimate atmosphere that the Ecw set up has. Or L.A.X running amock in the old Ecw would have been great.

Dont know bout people like Abyss been in it or ron killings.....dont think they would fit in.

This is a really interesting question... I think LAX would have been perfect for ECW. Could you image a fued between the Gangsta's and LAX?? AJ Styles obviously has been influenced by RVD so a fued between the two of them would have been great to watch. I also think Senshi would have been a good fit in ECW. Maybe a fued between Senshi and Tajiri.

The Gangstas VS LAX is a dream match for me. Homocide definatly was heavily infleunced by New Jack.

off topic but Aj Styles And Rob Van Dam ? I dont see How Aj Styles was infleunced by RVD. Rob Van Dam and Aj Are Completely Different styles. Comparing Jerry Lynn And Aj is one thing But RVD is more based on spots the AJ. AJ is much much faster then RVD and overall much better at High Flying. A match between the two would be very good only because Aj Styles is like the younger Version of Jerry Lynn and We all know how Phenomanal (no Pun intended) those matches were. I also think its a good question because what about the WWE, who would have left from their possibly to ECW, I think that wrestling probably would be alot more interesting if ECW was still around. It also makes me wonder whether TNA would still be such a great company. Would ROH be around ? What About CZW ? all these things should also be pondered...

I wouldnt just restrict this to TNA talents. What about ROH talents? And besides, Ive always been of the opinion that ECW would be the number one promotion in the USA by now had they been able to pass all their financial troubles. Hergo, what about WWE talents?

LAX vs. The Impact Players
Taz vs. Samoa Joe
Low-Ki vs. RVD
CM Punk vs. AJ Styles

Oh so many great names!! Shelton, Masato, Sabin, Lynn, Awesome, London, Kendrick, Gibson, Danielson, McGuinnes, New Jack.... it would be fkn insane.

you would also have to consider wcw would have still been sold and some wcw employees might've went to ecw (had it survived) instead of wwe.

so with that in mind.

Benoit(possible he woulda went back to ecw if it grew as wcw was declining and he got his release ) vs Styles. i think that would be a great match due to somewhat differing styles (no pun intended)

Somoa Joe vs Taz(yes just one 'z' damn it :P)

VKM(obviously with a different name) vs the dudleys(had they stayed and got their $1 raise) i think that would be awesome. The best tag team wwe ever had in the late 90's going against the dudleys in the ecw environment would be hella good match

thats all i could say i d *KINDA* want to see. i say *kinda* because i really cant picture ECW surviving without money from WWE and mcmahon would still have a wrestling monopoly and someone surely would have started another company to compete with him.ROH maybe?

I'd love to have seen Sabu vs Christopher Daniels. Or RVD vs Chris Sabin. Dudelyz vs L.A.X., New Jack vs Homicide, Sandman/Dreamer vs Necrobutcher/Nick Mondo, Taz vs Kurt Angle, Mike Awesome vs Kane, goddamn so many possibilities. Too bad Vince couldn't have just gave Paul a lot of cash to save it from bankruptcy. Die Vince!

Oh and ECW already was the #1 promotion in the USA.

I think the majority of the T.N.A. roster would have appeared in ECW at some point like everybody I think L.A.X. vs. The Gangstas would have been awesome. But it is still possible for that match to happen. I would love a T.N.A. vs. ECW feud which could happen although they could'nt call it ECW.

I think TNA is somewhat close to ECW because of the "passion" and "dedication" the wrestlers are suppose to have backstage in TNA like they did in the old ECW. I also think TNA is like WCW cause they have semi-good storylines(unlike wwe) I think Vince being the rich man that he is still has time to make ECW like the old one. Becuz most of the old ECW talent is still wrestling in either WWE or promotions where Vince would be able to sign them away. Vince is just very stupid, he wants to make money, BUT don't know how to.

To be honest, it all depends who gets noticed or not. without TNA, there would be no AJ or Joe. Without ECW, there would be no rhino or RVD.

well this is how i look at it Senshi would be a dream ECW TV or even ECW World Champion he is extreme also RVD vs AJ Styles damn that would be good (i might note if RVD could be assed to actually try).

The thing that sucks, if ECW was still alive, ROH wouldnt be around now...

In April 2001, professional wrestling video distribution company RF Video was in need of a new promotion to lead its video sales after Extreme Championship Wrestling, their best seller, went out of business. At the time, RF Video also filmed events held by other less popular regional wrestling promotions and sold them through their catalog and website. RF Video owner Rob Feinstein decided he would fill the void left by ECW by starting his own promotion and distributing the DVD and VHS productions exclusively through RF Video.

I just saw you guys replies and none of you mentioned sting like where would sting be if Wcw hadent of died out i'de say he'd be a big push for ecw
