I don't read it like that. If he is saying they all do it now then even a decrease to 75 or 50 percent of the time would be a fairly substantial toning down. I like cheating specialists and such but too often when these finish types are overused the booking becomes just lazy. That is why people have developed this odd aversion to dusty finishes. So many of them are utter shit and thrown in just because supposedly that is what you have to do.

I'd be ok with it going down to like 75. The problem with most heels today is that the majority of the heels are cowards. Look at someone like Mark Henry. With him the clean wins worked fine, but he's an exception to the rule. It's hard to buy say Ziggler beating Cena or Sheamus without cheating. The other important note about this: by cheating it doesn't have to be some big elaborate deal. Flair would throw his feet on the ropes even when he didn't need to because that's what he did. There are indeed too many Dusty finishes though.
