So, I'm being nagged to remove an Air Conditioner from the bedroom window.. yet "I" think it'll warm up the day I do it.. therefore, I'm trying to get everyone to agree that it'd be better to simply cover it up with a thick blanket.

I personally love that my bedroom is an ice box right now. The Wife & Daughter may not wanna sleep in it anymore, but that just means more bed for me. Therefore, I vito my power & say the Air Conditioner remains in the window, allowing the cool brees & slight snow flurrys to come in through the cracks.

Agree.. Disagree.. discuss...

This just in.. my pillow is slightly frozen on one edge/end. This is awesome! Also, I can now see my breath in the bedroom..

Don't think that'd look too tacky? Trash bag covering an Air Conditioner, on a Mobile Home? lol

Kidding, thankfully we've moved up from trailer to house. But seriously, the Air Conditioner isn't fully blocking each side of the window, so we have tons of cracks around the whole thing.. I'm not sure if covering the outter part of the A.C. will block those cracks.

(Update: My feet are ice bitten now - I'm still in shorts though, livin' the dream!)

Well get some cardboard, and some insulation and just wedge it in the cracks and tape it shut. A few pieces of insulation will work wonders.
