You guys are kidding, right? Austin had two title reigns that totalled about a month. He defeated Owen, was promptly stripped due to injury, regained it from owen and then a month later was stripped for failing to defend. he didn't defend it at all the first reign.

Santana, on the other hand, had two reigns, each averaging about six monthes each. he defended the title against the likes of Don Muraco, Greg Valentine, Jesse Ventura, Paul Orndorf, Bob Orton and Randy Savage. And he dominated most of those fueds. It may be a pointless vote, but I give mine to....Tito Santana.
