I hate smarks

Umm... I could be wrong here, but isn't the definition on both mark and smark basically a fan?, so that means you're not a fan?

I always considered a mark to be someone who knows nothing about the inner workings, and a smark is a person who thinks they know everything.

Smark = A wrestling fan who usualy thinks they're better than everybody else.

From what i've seen Smarks are very annoying. They act like they know everything about wrestling. I think Smarks are worse than marks. They're impossible to argue with. They always think they're right no matter what.

As far as I'm concerned, some of the primary qualities of any smark is an insistence that they are not a smark, an insistence that other smarks (all of whome also insist that they are not smarks) are beneath them due to being smarks and, as soon as push comes to shove, a convoluted and ridiculous opinion on what constitutes a smark.

If the above statement has left you confused as to whether or not you class as a smark on account of using the word smark too many times, here is a simple test to ascertain whether or not you are a smark.

1) Do you know the meaning of the terms job, shoot, botch, sell and Dave Metlzar?
2) Do you know what the Montreal Screw-job was?
3) Are you posting on wrestlezone.com?

If the answer if the three preceding questions was yes, congratulations, you're a smark.
