How many buys will Extreme Rules get?

Considering that it features the return match of Brock Lesnar, it should be higher than average. The buy-rates in the past few years have been:

2011: 209,000
2010: 182,000
2009: 213,000

I think that this year it will get close to 250,000-300,000 buys.
