How deep of a program can wrestlers make with each other in PG

As most of the people here have said, the PG rating has nothing to do with it. They could do a fine storyline as it is today, the one thing they lack is blood (which could help a storyline a bit), but that's a minor issue and the product today is just as good as it was in the attitude era. I think the PG era is just a time in which the product is for everyone and not solely adults as it was in the attitude era. Now how this affects storyline I don't know, a storyline is what someone writes on a piece of paper, just cause they can't put sex on it doesn't mean it is bad.

People want to sit around and say that the PG Era isn't successful because it never drew ratings like the Attitude Era. Ignorance is bliss...

Did you guys ever stop to think outside of the little box that you all seem to dwell in? Did you ever think about the fact that the Attitude Era occurred during a time when HD didn't exist, real competition was on television, and the casual viewer had about 400 LESS channels of programming to choose from when flipping through the channels??

Come on guys... wake up. It's a different time, different technology, and wrestling is a different product. The audience's appeal has shifted, like it does every 5-10 years. People enjoy watching different things. They no longer crave the violence that came out of 90% of evening television programming that happened in the grunge era of the late 1990's. Nowadays, people want things to be more PC (politically correct) and PG. That's what the WWE has been giving us.

And now that the new superstars are being pushed properly, the WWE will continue to dominate professional wrestling within the limits of this PG era. Until they actually begin to fail, none of you can say any different. The PG era is a success.
