Homicide Drop's R.O.H. Title

World Champion!

Anyone else think he deserved a longer reign? They built up his title reign beautifully, the fued with Denielson was one of the best i've seen. I think this could have something to do with T.N.A.

yeah i couldnt believe this when i read it this morning...it's not so much that Cide dropped the title, seeing as TNA may snatch him up soon, but that Morishima holds the title now, he is only in the States for a couple weeks, then he returns to Japan....interesting

i also thought about how the plan was for Samoa Joe vs NOAH...maybe they flipped it to Morishima vs ROH?

I was at the show last night (it was fantastic) and I was shocked that Homicide dropped the title so soon. However, Morishima was way over with the crowd the entire match. Although it seems as though they are setting him up to be a heel because at the end of the match he refused to shake anyone's hand. He refused to be congratulated as is traditional. I am interested to see how it plays out

Its sad, They built up homicide for four years, four years hes had great matches and great feuds showing that he can be Hardcore, high flying techical (can you tell homicide is one of my favorite wrestlers yet ?)and he has gotten many title shots and then bam, his reign ended due to his TNA involvement. a company that was oringinally planning on using LAX as jobbers, its a shame.

Homicide defitely deserved a longer reign. I've seen him in ROH and he's a great athlete. I hope he gets an X0Division Title shot in TNA sometime soon.

I was at that show too! I was shocked that Homicide actually lost the belt. I figured that he would carry it for a lot longer than two months, and the crowd seemed to think it was TNA motivated because of the "Thank you Homicide" chant. It seemed like with it being Samoa Joe's last show in Philly, when he dropped the belt people figured it might be Homicide's last one too. Morishima basically dominated the match, so I was expecting a big comeback from Homicide at the end to pull it out. A lot of fans around me went nuts for Morishima, but a lot did chant bull-shit because of Homicide's loss.

homicide is better as a hunter....glad to see him drop the belt. i think the morishima title reign will be a short-lived one as well. can't wait for Dragon to come get his title back!
