this match has nver been done and was supposed to be the main event at wrestlemania 8....not that i'm complaining cause savage vs flair was the most heated rivalry i've ever seen and the match was legendary. however hogan vs flair would had been huge at that wrestlemania. Ironically for the year that flair was with the wwf (1992) he never faced hogan....wasn't that the main reason he was brought in....i mean hell him and hogan did a ton of promos about each other flair would make fun of hogan saying while hogan was on the set of thunderbay...(hence flairs nick name for hogan thunderlips) flair was winning world championships. Even at the press conference they anounced hogan vs flair for wrestlemania 8 as the main event....yeah we saw sid justice get mad,...but still i expected sid to turn on hogan and join flair,...not just nix the flair hogan match all together. I'll never understand why vinces biggest draw at the time nver happened....i'm sure it was politics...but still why? wcw cashed in on the idea imediately as hogan faced flair in wcw a few times. but nothing could of compared to them to going at it at wrestlemania 8 in the main event. Flair came to the wwf as the biggest federation jump ever, and came as the biggest heel ever!!! I mean people hated the guy cause he came with his wcw title and called him self the real world champ. They better do hogan vs flair at wm23 even though it would suck ....the charisma and humor and promos would carry it.
