What do you think of the rumour circulating that Hulk Hogan may be signing for some appearences in TNA in the near future?

Personally, I'd like to see it happen, then again I am a big Hogan mark! lol.

Thoughts?

No way, with WWE offering a much larger deal, Hogan will go there, plus, he has no real skills so the WWE will push him unlike TNA would. :) That's a shot at the WWE. :)

I think it would be great. The more big names that TNA can attract will only help it in the ratings department. My opinion is that TNA is closer to the real ECW than the current bastardized WWECW is for sure - the reason it's not getting the ratings has to do with timeslot, the fact that it's only on for an hour, the fact that it's on Spike (remember, Raw seemed to receive lower ratings there - it's not in as many homes as USA), etc. What the industry needs is real competition (and by that I don't mean 3 WWE brands "competing" against each other), and if TNA can overcome the things holding it back, it will reach the point where WWE will have to take their game to the next level in order to stay on top.

I agree with you 100%, the WWE has bad game. :(

But TNA does not need Hogan, TNA was built arround wrestling talent, and let's face it, Hogan doesn't have much in that department and plus, TNA doesn't have the money to spend on an old guy who will probably retire the next year. Timeslot issues, I sure hope they get an earlier time, as for USA or something, they won't get on there, and by the way, ECW got a 2.3 the first episode on Sci Fi and I think to the best of my knowledge Sci Fi has less of an outreach than Spike.

Hogan will not go to TNA because he is training his son Nick to wrestle in the WWE.He also is selling Energy Drinks and Grills through WWE.

i think that if tna doesnt have the money to get bill goldberg then i dont think there's a chance of them getting hogan.

But Hogan can give them the one thing they don't have. And that's mainstream media appeal.

With that being said,If I were TNA,I wouldn't bring him in for the simple fact, you'd have to put the belt on him.

If he went to TNA I would NOT put the title on him and here is why, for those gullible people that think Hulk Hogan could wrestle, if he was to LOSE a title shot more people would think "Hey if Hulk Hogan could not win a title in TNA, this TNA must be really good"

I'd like to meet the gullible people that actually think Hogan can wrestle. With that being said,if Hogan were to come in,who could you see him putting over? None of them are big enough names. To be honest with you,I think if they told Hogan to put over someone like Christian,he'd walk out.

I would not want to see Hogan in TNA, I mean if he goes who else does? Lex Luger? Harlem Heat? Vampiro? Miss Han**** even? or even worse Goldberg?

Basically Hulk Hogan would just uneven the playing field in TNA, he's a Legend and Hall of Famer yes, but when you got talent like AJ Styles, Chris Daniels, Samoe Joe, Petey Williams, Jeff Hardy, Christian who all have awesome matches what good is it sticking them in their with Hogan apart from the media.

I doubt it.He;s suppose to fued with ortaon for wm23 who knows tho.He was there before anything can happen.

Hogan doing a One Shot or a Month Run wouldn't hurt. Have him come in like he does with WWE. Tease him on TV then have him debut at one of the PPVs and do an interview.

Set up a Jarrett Hogan match, because Hogan would have to win to suit his ego but Jarrett's lose wouldn't hurt Jarrett. Maybe tease Sting and Hogan taging on an Impact have them beat Jarrett & Steiner.

Then Hogan wins over Jarrett at the next months PPV and goes away.

There he hasn't hurt anybody's momentum...he hasn't kept Joe or anyone down and he helped TNA get over with the mainstream. And I bet you he pulls away some of WWE's viewers to TNA. Those guys who used to watch wrestling and only tune in to see Hogan and guys from that era would become addicted to TNA.

Use Hogan's appearences and hype them but showcase X matches and Joe.

If you ask me, TNA needs to bring Savage back even if he doesnt wrestle....."his body can only take so many Macho Elbows"....WWE can keep their precious Hulk Hogan cuz Savage is the ony guy who can match Hogan in EVERY aspect of wrestling including name recognition and mic skills but he can actually wrestle.

Listen. There is absolutely no chance IN HELL of Hogan wrestling for TNA. He is in contract with the WWE, where he writes the outcomes of his own storylines, (most of them are good outcomes for him), he is training his son, he is already IN a storyline with his daughter Brooke in the WWE, and, I don't think TNA would even try to get him, because he would be a waste of money. He tried TNA before, and got his ass handed to him.

from what i remember hogan was going to be in an angle with tna but it had to be cut short because of other arrangements he couldnt get out of.

hogan sucks this is not the 80s hes old and he cant wrestle and i watch tna for one thing WRESTLING not "sports entertainment" garbage and do you people really think that with thats guy's ego he will push over a young superstar he will just walk out of tna so they should not hire him
