The Dewbliners

WZ's Whedonite. Now 20% Cooler
I'd like to enquire which concert I should attend. I just found out earlier this week Kittie is gonna be doing two dates in the OH. Naturally, I wanna go to that one. However, I just found out tonite, Social D is gonna play in Cincinnati a month before that.

Which one do you suggest? Bare in mind, I've seen Kittie with each line up since '99.

X, if you see this, your input is welcome as well.

Putting myself in your shoes, and knowing your love of Kittie, I'd say go see them. If at all possible, see both. I'll be going to see Kittie locally at the end of October, so my opinion is probably a bit slighted. Never avoiding the chance to plug a thread, go look at the thread I started about the Kittie tour in the music section ;)

I was thinking Kittie as well myself (shocker, right?), but my girl wants to see SxDx before they retire. I'll probably wind up at both, if I can afford it.

Where they're playing here, tickets are only like $15 each. I'm assuming you're not so lucky?

I know the Cleveland stop was 95 bucks for two tix last time. I'm not sure how much Dayton is gonna cost. That's the one I'll end up at.

Honestly, I'm just happy I don't have to choose between the two aforementioned bands and the Corrs this year. I mean, it does kinda suck Andrea had to go and get preggers, and Caroline is still focused on her kids. Seriously, she's an international recording star, who played opening ceremonies with her brother and sisters at the Atlanta Summer Olympics, and has been nominated for Grammy's. Her husband? He's a fuckin' mooch, livin' off his wife. Why can't he stay home with the Kids, while she tours with her family?

Damn. Social D is playing a few days before Kittie here, and both shows are getting tons of love on the local radio. I'd likely go to both, but there's other shows in October I'd like to attend.

Yeah, I wish they'd get that kinda love around here. Seriously, if it even has a tinge of "hardcore" or "metal", the Cincinatti stations ignore it. Same with Dayton. Last time I heard Kittie on the radio? On 98 Rock, in the Tampa Bay area. I was in Sarasota for a spring training game between the Reds and Red Sox. Found a dj whose show was called the Kage Kult. I now listen to his show on the interwebbing machine every day I can.:lmao:
