Not to be overly pedantic or anything- but its just a little nugget of information that I always found interesting- Scotch- or Scottish Whisky is actually spelt like that and Irish Whiskey is the only one I know of that is spelt with the "e" before the "y". Must be that single letter which makes for the difference in taste

Oh and hi Pyrusane- I recognise you but I thought you had stopped posting. You have a higher post count than I do anyway
