JR as heel: I think if he came back he could pull off being a heel, by revealing that he is the Raw General Manager, and upon his return acting as a heel GM by putting guys like John Cena and Randy Orton in matches which basically stack the deck against them.

Eh, sure why not. I feel Layla works far better as a heel though. She has that right attitude to be really over as a heel. A snobby bitch who knows she's better than everyone else. She just screams heel. However, back in ECW when she teamed with Kelly Kelly for the Expose strip thing, she was very over as a face. I believe any diva would work as a face as long as they are eye candy for the audiance and Layla...well .

No. Cody's gimmick is way to heelish. He goes out and tells us he's better looking than us. He gives us grooming tips on how to look good. He calls people ugly. There is no way the crowd could ever get behind that. However, his in ring ability is very good and represents the moveset of a face.

My turn, Kelly Kelly heel?

Drew McIntyre keeps trying to get with Kelly Kelly backstage while we all think its leading to a Drew face turn. They keep this whole thing going for a few more weeks until one day she comes down while he’s having a match. Drew’s opponent, gets tossed to the outside then Drew himself starts hassling with the ref. Kelly Kelly then reaches under the ring and pulls out a Kendo stick (or something) and commences to wack the shit out of the guy while he’s down. Drew goes out and tosses the guy back in the ring…..Future Shock! 1…2…3.
KK gets in the ring and the two embrace/kiss whatever and Drew kinda steps back and sort of “displays” the new Kelly Kelly to the crowd. Drew has so much heat. All KK has to do is put on a heel diva smirk and Drew’s heat would instantly engulf her.

Jack Swagger as a face.

Jack Swagger as a face. He is great on the mic for a guy with a lisp but I think he is able to pull it off very well and another person that comes to mind for a face is Dibiase he is just to bland right now for a heel and he keeps losing matches like are they trying to do the MVP losing streak with him?
Now for a heel I wanna see John Cena become a heel he would be totally awesome at it he can do it by just attacking some young and upcoming face and right their instant boos from the crowd.

John Cena can be a heel. However, business wise I do not think it would be a smart idea to turn him because of the money he brings in. However, if it were to be done, I believe it will have to be a turn AGAINST Orton. That will instantly give Cena huge heat, as well as catapult Orton into the #1 face role.

Yoshi Tatsu I can't see as heel. Hes always cheerful about everything. If they want him to be heel he;s gonna have to go to the Japanese gimmick that got stars like the Great Muta and Tajiri famous.

No one would disliketo see him as a heel again.He can go on and be kinda the new dirtiest player in the game for long years.The only problem is that it seems there is not much interest on his side to invest that much energy in his return , plus He's now at a sort of legend status which fans won't boo him no matter what persona he has , So despite knowing that he can work as a heel again , I prefer he stays a face.

Daniel Bryan as heel?

To easy, you and I both know Danielson shines as a heel. Even Daniel Bryan shone as a heel when he was choking that dude out with his neck tie. Have JoMo face him for the US title and have Bryan suffer a couple of near falls. He gets frustrated and stars wondering why the hell he's even in the ring with Morrsion. He backs Jomo into a corner and when the refs starts counting Bryan shouts out "I HAVE TILL FIVE!!" He takes Jomo over with a side head lock, gets him face down and start paint brushing the back of his head while smirking. Jomo is about to win, Bryan with a thumb to the eye and then small package for the win. After the bout Jomo is asking whats up with all the dirty tactics and Bryan levels him with a kick to the head.

Bella twins heel.

It wouldn't be hard to make the Bella Twins heel. Just make them vicious, vain (they are after all quite hot), etc. Simply, generic heel like qualities. Also, Double Trouble lends itself to heels as it is cheating. There isn't really much else to say. I'm not sure if they have been heels before but it looked like Nikki would turn recently. Turning the Bella Twins heel might give them some personality too, so I wouldn't mind seeing it.

If the rumors about Chavo playing Swaggers Eagle are true, just have him cost Swagger a match. After Swagger questions the bird, have him give Mr Swagger a lethal right wing, and have him unmask. Its simple but it can work

Cody Rhodes as a face, not too sure about that one. He was a face before, but as a low card quiet kid. I'm sure if he does something with Dusty again he can pull it off, but I think he'd be better off heel.

For CM Punk to turn face, I'd have Nexus start to gain success and toast with champagne, slowly each week one of Nexus succumbs to the temptations and goes against Punk's Straight Edge lifestyle. He slowly but surely begins getting beat up by them week after week, getting beat up over and over... Kind of the Austin/Bret reversals of fortune. He gets beat up so bad but stands by his conviction that he earns the martyred status.

John Morrison-Face to Heel: He's so much better in promos as a heel. I mean his best work was during his days as ECW Champion and while teamed with The Miz when they did The Dirt Sheet which was nothing less then epic. Have him attack someone like R-Truth or something. Then say Truth was keeping him down.

Drew McIntyre-Heel to Face: Latley it seems as if the WWE is hinting at him turning face but it also looks like his new gimmick is going to be like a Dr. Jekkel/Mr.Hyde type deal where he has two different personalities. Have Kelly Kelly slowly start to "help" him with his problem of destroying his opponents and eventually turn him ino a full out face. By having Kelly Kelly by his side, he should get over quite nicely.
