It doesn't matter how the publishers call it, you can't tell me that kids understand what Harry Potter really has to offer, every time I re-read it, I find new things about it.

There's some pretty smart children out there. also, I guess it depends on your definition of a child as well. for me, it's anyone under the age of 18. So to say no one under the age of 18 would understand HP would eliminate you as well.

The books have been banned in a lot of schools in different countries, even the Church says that Harry Potter is a bad influence for KIDS.

I think we can both agree that the church doesn't know what it's talking about a lot of the time though.

If Harry Potter is aimed for kids, Star Wars is aimed for kids.
Can't you see the similarities In the series? Lightsaber = Wand.
Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia and a whole bunch of freaky monsters that look like they came from "Sesame Street" = Harry Potter Trio and the whole bunch of freaky monsters around the world.

The Undertaker uses magic.. So he's aimed for kids too? No, its the fact that children were the primary focus. Kids in different situations, handling hardship. As the books go on, they grow up a bit, getting into more situations appropriate to their age. Also, a lightsaber is SO much better than a wand, but thats another story for another day..

Titanic was at top more than 10 years and he had pretty strong competition, and it was just out-grossed from the movie of the same creator.

He? I always thought the Titanic was a she.. hmm.. Yeah, it was huge because it was based on a real life thing. Good movie, but major chick flick.
James Camron is a genius, and knows how to sell movies. If Titanic were to be released in today's market, I bet the sales would have been higher. again, this falls on the price people pay to see movies these days. That's why basing a movie on how much it made isn't the best indicator for how good the movie is. For example, on Rotten Tomatoes, the film has an overall approval rating of 96%, while Jaws has a 100%. Now to you, HP may be better than Jaws. But to the people who saw it when it first came out, Jaws is one of the best movies ever made. May not have made as much as some others, but the experience of the film is what makes it such a classic. People were legitimately scared to go swimming in the ocean due to this movie.

I'm okay with that Avatar 2 is only expecting to be released in 2014.
The Avengers I don't know either, but like I said it is aimed for comic fans, not regular fans.

I really wasnt a huge fan of Avatar really, but it did sell a shit ton. I'm a little confused as to what you mean by "Normal Fans" though. A lot of people who never read the comics have gone to see Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk.. Ect. That was the best part about these movies. You didn't NEED to be a fan of the comics to watch these movies.
