"The Instant Classic" Christian Cage & "The War Machine" Rhino vs. Team 3D ​

Why oh why must TNA feel the need to give names to a basic street fight? I just don't get it, but hey its TNA. This looks to the match to end the feud between these two teams and this one go either way really, but I think that Cage and Rhino will end since they have been on the losing end to Team 3D for awhile now. Plus if Beer Money wins the tag team championships then they will need a face team to face and that would be Cage and Rhino. If Cage and Rhino lose where in the hell they go? So i don't expect them to lose since they really have nothing else going for them. Should be a good match as weapons will be involved and that should make things interesting as a regular tag team match between these two teams would be boring, least this match makes a bit interested in it.

Although this match has roughly happened for the previous what, two or three Pay Per Views, already.. I'm still once again looking forward to it. Why? Because..

Christian and Rhino are actually a good team to me. I enjoy watching both, and the only way I enjoy watching Team 3D is when they're in hardcore matches, because that's what made them famous. So this match is really useful for everyone involved, even if it's nothing more than refreshing stale matches.

It's suppose to be a match favored for Team 3D, since New Jersey is connected to New York, and dispite Team 3D once being from Dudleyville and Philly.. they're just from the East Coast in general now, it seems.

Because of that, mixed with the fact that the heels won last month, I'd fully expect Christian and Rhino to pick up the victory.. then end up tangled in a Tag Team Championship opportunity with Beer Money it seems like.

Is this PPV even taking place in Jersey? I wouldn't be surprised that it's actually taking place in Honolulu. That would actually make me more intrested in this match. Another gimmick match? Well they do need it. After all they had this match at Sacrifice and in various other versions on different shows as well. I don't get why TNA still push T3D. Sure they're over. But thisis TNA, everybody is. Sure they have experience, but don't other wrestlers? They did fine without them, and I'm sure they would now. They're stale. It's why WWE got rid of them.

Alsow what's the point of having Cage & Rhino team when all it's going to lead to is another feud between the two? It was good two years ago. But rhino has got progressively worse since then.

I have to agree with you on Team 3D, they're good on the mic and they're decent heels, but they're really not much fun at all to watch wrestle anymore. It's like they don't care about what they're doing in TNA. I guess having them in a match like this is better than having them in the hunt for the tag team titles. You can't really market a normal street fight on PPV, the inclusion of the word Jersey so maybe it will make some difference, sort of. It's nowhere near as bad as a title like a brawl tie n' chain match. This feud absolutely needs to end here though. I only got interested when Christian was powerbombed through the glass table, and I don't think they can take this feud any further anyway.

Team 3D's TNA contracts are up in a month. With that in mind the direction of this match is completely dependant on whether or not they've chosen to re-sign. If not then I expect Cage and Rhyno to take them out in their home region i guess it is since they're from the whole east coast and never appear again till they show up as Edge's new lackey's on Smackdown. Even if they are gonna re-sign I still expect Cage and Rhino to win because Team 3D keeps winning. The only way I see Team 3D winning here is if Cage or Rhyno screw the other one. Cage has been the heel more recently and Rhyno could join up with Team 3D because of their ECW days. Anyway Expect Cage vs Rhino at BFG because it's bound to happen its too obvious. Although I don't see the doublecross happening until next month.

First of all, what do either of these teams have to do with New Jersey? The Dudleys are from New York, Christian is from Tampa/Canada, and Rhyno is from Detroit. That being said, this should be a standard street fight whick in this case I'd prefer over a regular tag. These teams have a decent little feud going on so it should be worth seeing. 3D are still watchable in the ring, Christian is good and Rhyno is always decent in brawls. Not sure where this goes afterwards though. I'm hoping that either Christian or Rhyno turns heel soon thereafter because they really don't have much to do once this is over. 3D can always find some team to beat on so they'll be fine either way. I'm not sure about this one, but it should be ok for 10-12 minutes of ppv time.
