Got a bit of a medical question for all you smart fuckers

Pepe Silvia

Occasional Pre-Show
Every now and then I get these deep burns in either one of my insteps or knees, and it just happens randomly and usually goes away in about 15 minutes. I used to get these in my knees often when I was like, 10, but they were just dismissed as growth pains. Is there any reason why this might happen? I don't know how to really word this so I can't really look it up on google.

I really don't know, but try doing warm up exercises. I tend to get some muscle pain when I don't stretch properly.

Yeah. That's where I had the most pain. Sometimes they would get swollen as well as the knuckles.

...I'M 6'1 I DON'T WANT TO GET ANY TALLER

I'm going to fucking OD on coffee now.

But seriously, if there's any other possible reasons, like certain vitamin deficiencies, someone fucking tell me D: I can't fucking sleep because of this shit

If they are deep burns and not just dull aches, then it's more than likely not growing pains. Burns generally indicate an over stretched muscle or a slightly ripped tendon. Since it's not a sharp shooting pain, I wouldn't say that it's any nerve damage.

I'd suggest you to see a real doctor about it, but the chances are that you've strained a muscle or tendon and it's letting you know. I get these kinds of pains when I wear shoes even after all the support is gone from them, a little bit of rest and some new shoes have always fixed my problem.

You may have flat feet that need support, or charlie horses in your leg, or your arches could be falling. Try wearing shoes with some better support, and use some icy hot rub when you get those pains. If the pain still sticks around, you may need to see a foot doctor. You could possibly have stress fractures in your tendons or bones in the foot.. you'd be suprised how easily you can break the little bones in ur feet if you don't take it easy on them.
