Life's A Bitch, And Then You Mosh
I'm not sure what to call the old guys here. I do know that Beer Money Inc. better win, and they better make it look convincing. Hall shouldn't be anywhere near a ring, but Nash should be able to save this mess.

I'm also thinking there's a chance Hall no shows, which is why they didn't include Waltman, but I'd also guess he's a safe bet for a run in. If he does run in, I'd like to think that the "surprise acquisition" is there to help out Beer Money Inc., and even up the sides.

Ok speaking for alot of the new fans of TNA that I know. I have personally watch bits an pieces over the years. If Beer Money Inc wants to get over with the new fans then they need to win barely or loose unfairly. Its not all about winning its about getting the new people interested in a redneck team that likes beer and have average ring skills and no mic skills. I have been watching TNA even before all the Hogan up roar and I see alot of average to good wrestling. Aj Styles is a great wrestler but cannot get on the mic or tell a story to save his life. Daniels is coming along the small attack on Sean Morley was pretty interesting and un like AJ didnt make me want to hit the mute button when he talked.

Did you hear AJ talking to Bishoff......boring. Lets face it AJ is not as well known as Orton or Cena. He needs to be able to put on a good ring performance as well as get on the mic. You see that alot with TNA. Matt Morgon in ring good but on the mic hit the mute. I think thats why you have the older guys in TNA. Look at the story Jarrett and Bishoff can along with Hogan. Samoa Joe is good in the ring but has gotten worse over the years from when I first watched him. Thats the problem with the Goldberg gimmick of going undefeated you die after the streak is gone. I know he has done more than that. He fueded with the Mafia but its not as good.

To get Beer Money Inc. over with the new fans and thats what they need to keep anyone interested in them. They need to win by a close call or better if they loose and get into a short fued with the band. The older guys can tell a story and just have at best average matches but they make the channel flippers turn and say hey there is Scott Hall I remember him. Or the old nastalgic fans who tune into Hall and Nash want to watch. Its not completely up to Hall and Nash its up to Beer Money to get over. Hall and Nash are already over they dont need to prove anything. They are using thier name to help bring intrest to new fans and the new fans just see boring rednecks with a beer in their hand..lol

I know people who didnt even know who AJ was but Hogan debut and they tuned in. After which they called and was impressed by the Angle vs AJ match. Everyone gets on these old guys about how they cant wrestle. Thats not the point. When Austin was winning championships Edge was stuck in the tag division and he was a better wrestler. It was because Austin was known on a national level. If you go by the wrestling aspect then guys like Taka and Funaki would be in the running before Austin would..lol

Mic Foley couldnt wrestle to save his life but he was multi champ because he entertained. I support TNA all the way but live in reality that if they want to get the new fans interested they need to keep the band and the older talent who can talk. I know all the old fans like AJ, Samoa Joe, Daniels,Alex Shelley and those guys but we know who they are.

If you had never watched TNA an had a choice to watch Aj Styles vs Samoa Joe for the title or see Undertaker vs HBk---then majority would pick HBK and Taker they are nationally known. Austin Cruise vs Hunter Myers was a great independent match I saw but you dont know them so you wouldnt watch it over Aj vs Daniels no would you?

just seeing "the band" back together is making me watch tna it definatley brings back the memories and has the old school vibe and makes me want to watch.. i definatley think the outsdiers should have a fued with some talented tna tagteams and beer money is a good choice, the aren't doing much and i believe the outsiders(hall and nash) can help push them...

Hopefully Scott Hall will show up this time. Or not, because it's much more intresting when people don't show up to TNA PPVs and they give a replacement that must surely anger people who pay for wrestling shows.

If Hall were to miss this show, the obvious replacement would be X-Pac, but as this is TNA they'd probably give Kip James another shot. The irony is that Kip James would be pushed hard by TNA now if he'd been on the Hogan tour.

Oh. Wow. So we're actually going through with this, we're going to let this happen? NSL and I had a lovely chat about TNA's great tag team division and how a midcard tag team feud would help the division tremendously. I'd sort of hoped it would involve people who turn up to shows and can walk.

I don't know what they're going to do. And thats even if Scott Hall bothers to turn up. Should be a great car crash to watch. I cn see Hall stealing Storm's beer and crashing the boozer cruiser.

THIS IS WRESTLING

This is a match that has high potential on the meter. Beer Money is a better team than some are giving them credit and if, by some great miracle, Hall and Nash are in rare form Sunday, the match could be balls to the wall. I know Nash can barely walk these days and that Hall, well he's Hall, but they were great at one time. The point is that great at one time could be great again, even if just for that one moment in time. I'd like to say it will be Sunday, but I can't for sure. I'd love for it to be though.

The only thing in this match I would have changed is I would put Waltman in instead of Hall. Nash has proven he can still go, and Waltman looks to be in better shape than Hall

If Beer Money doesn't win this match it will be a travesty. There is no reason for Hall and Nash to win this match because they really don't have anything to gain from a win. Beer Money has kind of fallen into the stale zone for me over the past couple of months. If they win this match, then maybe they can get on a momentum swing again.

Those saying BM has to win this match and all that are likely going to be rather disappointed. I could definetly seeing "The Band" winning here, and that's ok. Let's face it, BM have gotten boring as hell lately. They really aren't that interesting anymore. However, a drunken Scott Hall is. You see where I'm going with this?

I think the Band will and should win here, maybe by some cheap tricks or something like that. The feud is going to be continued after this, or so you'd think. Or, I could be wrong. However it goes, the match itself will be a steaming pile of shit.

I'd love for Beer Money to win this match, but it more then likely won't happen. Nash and Hall need the victory to help establish that " they're back " if you get what I mean. I'd love for Beer Money to win, but quite frankly, they are growing stale and a victory for them would not do much, and it would not help the whole Nash/Hall/Waltman/Bischoff/Hogan storyline very much. It should be very interesting to see if Hall wrestles and how he performs in the ring. I'm not looking for much from this match.

Beer Money is rather stale, and have been for a few months now. As much as a victory here would benefit them.... I think "The Band" is going to win because it will help establish the difference they will make in TNA despite being past their prime. It wouldn't surprise me either if Hall or Waltman turn out to be Nash's partner when he cashes in his tag title shot later on, and a victory for "The Band" here will very likely lead us towards that.

DAGGER'S PREDICTION
"The Band" will defeat Beer Money.

I think if they are looking to start a feud between The Band and BM Inc., The Band should win, by cheating of course. People, you must remember, it's not just about who wins the battle, it's about who wins the war. Hogan and Bischoff are trying to change their M.O., so I doubt, in a long term feud, they would let The Band win the war. If Hall/Nash were to win due to cheating, it wouldn't look bad for BM Inc., it would further the rivalry. Whether you like it or not, Hall and Nash are huge names. Yes they are old, and almost immobile, we get it. But I highly doubt that BM Inc. is looking to put on a big spot fest, so it doesn't really matter. Let Hall and Nash win this go around, and then down the line, in the context of a feud, put BM Inc. over with a clean victory over one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

Now, if they force The Dudleyz to drop a match to the Nasty Boys, I will be pissed.

To hell with it, I'll go through this pay-per-view thread by thread and give impressions on the matches I care about. Why am I posting in this thread then, you may ask.

Good question - I'm not really sure. Scott Hall's been hitting the cocaine-coated donuts hard since, well, 2001 and is no shape to wrestle. He might not be fat, and he might not be fucked out of his mind, but I have a similar lack of desire to see him in the ring as well. 'The Band' are a turd on the face of the wrestling business - a business that's already suffocated from the amount of turds TNA has left on its face.

Beer Money, being billed as the most l33t tag team in the world, are bound to lose to 'The Band'. Or they won't. Either way, any semblance of actual competition during the match will make them look awful.

Hall didn't want to wrestle :lmao:

I think it's a good thing he's still hopped up on pills, because that means he'll be gone soon, and we won't have to watch him in the ring. Adding Waltman in to the match makes it a little more interesting, since he can at least still move, and Nash/Waltman match up better with Beer Money Inc.

I'm glad Beer Money Inc. won, and hopefully after a rematch Thursday, and maybe one more, they can go back to the title hunt, and we'll see the end of Waltman in TNA.
