Would have preferred to have Yoshitatsu in there instead of Tenzan, but he's probably still rehabilitating his injuries. Shibata/Styles & Tanahashi/Ibuki on Night One are going to be SICK.

My first New Japan event that I saw was the G1 Climax 24 Tournament. It produced some of the greatest matches I've ever seen. The match between A.J. Styles and Minoru Suzuki on Night Seven was my 2014 MOTY. It was that good. I expect more of the same this year and will definitely be watching.

Really thought that AJ would keep the belt until WK10, Nakamura would win the G1 and set up the big main event. But Okada shit on that parade.

Have to believe either AJ or Nakamura is winning the tournament, I can't really make sense of anyone else doing it. Karl Anderson will have several outstanding matches during the tourney, he always does, win or lose.
